Agatha POV

Ethan and I are just here at home because we just arrived yesterday from vacation. Luke is not here today because he visited Hacienda Hernandez.

“Baby what do you want for lunch?” my husband asked me, because our maids have returned so I don’t cook our food anymore

“Anything baby,” I replied.

Soon a maid approached us. “Ma’am Agatha, Ms. Belle is here looking for you.”

We saw Belle at her back. So I immediately stood up and walked closer to her.

“Hi Belle, how are you?” I greeted her but she didn’t answer and just hugged me suddenly.

I was shocked with what she did and I felt that she started to cry so I stroked her back.

“What happened?” I asked her and made her sit down. I saw my husband’s serious look at us.

“Why are you crying Belle?” Ethan asked again.

Belle looked at my husband, only now did she notice that Ethan was also here. She seemed to think I was the only one in the house.

“Belle tell me why you’re crying.” I urged her.

I saw the doubt in her eyes as she looked at my husband.

“Spill it Belle, is it about Gian?” my husband asked seriously.

She did nothing and sighed, then she started to tell what happened.

“That bastard!” my husband said angrily.

I saw his fist clench so I quickly touched it to make him feel better.

“Calm down baby.” I said.

“How many times have I told him that he should think about his decision in life, and if he wasn’t sure about his feelings he wouldn’t have courted Belle.” Ethan insisted.

“Don’t hurt him Than, even though this is what happened to us I also feel that he loved me somehow.” Belle groaned.

“And what do you want me to do? Just let it go? Even if Maxine is back it doesn’t mean  that he’ll be stupid again. I don’t have a problem with that woman except that she hurt and left Gian.”

I got into the conversation because I knew my husband was angry. “Baby, you can talk to Gian calmly. You can ask him without you two fighting. Remember he is your best friend.” I exclaimed.

“Your wife is right Ethan, I don’t want you to hurt each other because of me and another thing is I still love him.” Belle was second.

“You don’t want to hurt him but you’re okay with him hurting you? Are you serious about what you’re saying Belle? That’s bullshit!” Ethan shouted angrily at the same time as he stood up and went to our room.

Belle called him many  times but he didn’t even look back.

“Let him Belle, he is just emotional. I’ll be the one to talk to my husband later.” I said to Belle and smiled.

She nodded and smiled back.

“So what’s your plan now? Don’t you have any plans to talk to Gian first?” I asked her.

She shook her head. “I’m not ready for Agatha, it hurts me more when I see him. What I heard last time is still fresh in my mind. I don’t want to hurt myself even more.”

“I respect your decision Belle, I know you’re a strong woman. Let your heart heal first. Me and Ethan are just here when you need us.” I promise.

She also didn’t take long and said goodbye to leave, because she still had to go.

When Belle left I went upstairs to talk to my husband, when I entered the room I saw him standing on the veranda so I walked closer to him.

“Belle already left.” I informed him.

“Baby don’t be harsh to her, she is hurting. I know you’re just concerned about her because she’s your friend but it’s not right for you to shout at her.” I added.

He sighed. “I didn’t mean to shout at her, I just didn’t really like what she said. It’s not because she loves Gian that it’s okay for her to get hurt. What’s that mindset?”

“Baby you also experience being in love, of course there are people like that who can do everything for the person they love, there are also people that it’s okay for them to be hurt than the person they love, right?” I said.

“It still depends on the situation baby, how many times I warn Gian when he informs me that he wants to court Belle because I think they might just get hurt in the future if they both hurry. It’s hard to enter into a new relationship if you’re not done moving on from your past relationship and that’s what happened to Gian now. ”

“Maybe Gian has a reason or explanation about it. We also need to hear his side and don’t let emotions get in the way. Your head is still too hot.” I said while laughing.

“Baby, I will talk to him calmly but I don’t want to do it now because I might just hit him because of his stupidity.”

“I believe that if he really loves Belle he will definitely make a way for them to get along.” I said.

“He just has to fix the tire he put in, that’s not an easy thing and he has to choose who he really loves before he loses the two. I can’t understand why he’s confused when Maxine comes back. She hurt him. ”

“You know he’s just weighing whether he still loves her or not, like what Belle said when Gian said that he loves Belle.” I said.

“And he also said he loved Maxine.”
