The following day! Jhonia woke up staring at the ceiling.

“You must have been someone special, for him to just kiss you, and sleep with, without touching.” Mrs. Knight said, immediately Jhonia paused from opening the car door.

“I have watched him grow into the person he is today, all because of a girl he met so long ago. You appear at the time, he was still looking for this girl, do you know why he stopped looking for this girl?” Mrs. Knight said to her, yet she was unable to say a word.

“He stopped looking for her because of you! Now, he is back where he had started. I apologize but I will not keep my distance from you, you are different from your husband. See you this weekend.” Mrs. Knight said to her explaining it is because of her Kyhe stopped looking for the ‘her’ Jhoni-ni. Saying she will not keep her distance once more. Jhonia finally got out of the car and walked into the company.

“She’s okay, go clear up and come eat before going to work!” Mrs. Pinnock replied then said to her. Jhonia stood up from the bed and made it before going to the bathroom, after shower she got dressed then have breakfast with Mrs. Pinnock. Time skipped!

“Jhonia!” Josephine’s voice called and she turned around to Josephine waving at her.

“Hey, how are you?” Jhonia asked, looking at her as she approached her.

“I’m fine, do you want to have lunch together today?” Josephine said to her then asked, Jhonia looked at her and nodded with a smile.

“Okay, don’t forget.” Jhonia said not letting her know that she noticed just how worried and afraid she looks. They took the elevator together.

“How is your mom?” Jhonia asked but quickly noticed she was too busy on her phone.

“Something you want to talk about?” Jhonia asked her and she looked up.

“Heh? Talk? Talk about what?” Josephine responded asking.

“The reason you are so absent minded that you didn’t hear me asking about your mother…?” Jhonia responded to her explaining what she had asked.

“Oh, no. It is nothing. This is my stop, see you at lunch.” Josephine said, getting off the elevator.

“Mmm. Huh? Wait… This… this is the sixth floor! Is she avoiding having to tell me about what is bothering her?” Jhonia questioned as she realized it was the sixth floor, she tried to stop her saying but the door was already closing. “What’s happening?” Jhonia asked walking to her desk, Lusinly got up and walked over to her.

“Nothing happened at least not yet! Mr. Knight and Mr. Dowman have been in there with Emmari for quite some time. He also called us one by one and asked us not to tell anyone but he was asking what we were doing and where we went on the day before the scandal between you, your husband and him.” Lusinly said to her, then began to explain what Kyhe and Kuwain had been doing since morning.

“Jhonia. Can I request that you tell this to no one? It is not that I am being unfair to you, but if I act now things might not turn out well and Sky is known for protecting its employees as well as its high quality and standards. I failed once and I do not want to do it twice so, I am asking of you something I should have done before even after I treated you cold when finding that bastard is your husband. You stood by me and did you job without failure, Secretary Smith, can you please trust me and give me time.”

Jhonia remember what Kyhe said to her back then, and his specific line asking her to trust him, Jhonia nodded!

“It’s okay, I think he’s looking in the wrong place anyways.” Jhonia said looking up at his office which is screen off! She walked over to her desk getting ready to clean down her stuff and her chair.

“Also, there is a meeting with a specific department. He did not leave much detail, but he said you do the meeting for him.” Lusinly said and Jhonia nodded! Time skipped and Emmari finally left Kyhe’s office with a smile on her face.

“Why would you do that? You do also, know that it will backfire on you right?” Kuwain asked. Looking at him as he narrowed his eyes and asked him.

“Yes, that’s why I did it. Emmari has had it in for Jhonia since she became my secretary. I once stopped Jhonia from leaving a mark on her face. Jhonia might be weak in big situations, but she will not lose a fight against another woman. When the scandal came out! I remember her asking in a sarcastic way if I knew. I should have noticed it then, but I didn’t but thanks to Lu and Dae, I found out a lot of things, however, they hesitate on one thing, and I do not know why? Also, I did this to see if Jhonia trusts me or just giving me time like I had asked?” Kyhe said to him and began explaining to Kuwain what he figures late but notice that Jhonia is not particularly weak! Then saying what Emmari did when the scandal came out and that he should have known but he did not, yet thanks Daeviann and Lusinly he was able to find out what they want to let him know at most, saying he wants to know if Jhonia trusts him or not!

“Haha, after what you did! Giving her hope and taking it back! I doubt it! But how do you think you will know?” Kuwain laughed at him stating what he did, then asked him!

“If she doesn’t trust me, she should be on her way up! If she does not come, then she trusts me… I once told her she was someone I could trust but she was not impressed by it.” Kyhe said explaining to him, he took a moment before he mentioned that he once told her, she was someone he could trust. Within the minute there was a knock on the door and Kyhe smiled at Kuwain, however, Kuwain knows he wish Jhonia would come regardless.

“Come in.” Kyhe said and together with Kuwain he waited…

“Ha ha ha, hah! Ha ha ha! Oh my god. The universe says otherwise. Where is Jhonia, Lusinly dear?” Kuwain laughed his ass off because Jhonia did not show up saying to Kyhe. He turned to Lusinly and asked.

“Ms. Jhonia went to the meeting with the models for Mr. Knight, but she was going to send these files, then when Emmari told her he was busy she asked me to send it. But I have forgot about it till now, I am sorry.” Lusinly said to Kuwain explaining after hearing what Emmari did, they looked at each other. Lusinly continue and apologize for forgetting to deliver it earlier.

“I want to launch out but i can’t! Mr. Knight, not even night is on your side. You can leave the files dear; he is currently sad, so he won’t speak!” Kuwain explaining to Kyhe how much he wants to laugh but he cannot tell him about the very night from his name is not on his side. He then turns to Lusinly and told her to leave the files because Kyhe is sad he will not speak.
