Chapter 1065 Dominate The Real World

“Master Snyder, our previous master has only just passed away. Why would you give the order to conquer the real world so soon? Aren’t you being a little too impatient here?” said a white-haired elderly man as he stood up from his scat.

Had Alex been present at the scene, he would have recognized the man as none other than Barry Stone. the man who brought the stone out of Sakura Club and saved Alex’s life.

Had Barry not done so, Alex would probably have died at the hands of Phoenix Organization’s men long ago.

The man sitting in the main seat appeared to be in his mid-twenties. He shot Barry a disdainful look in

response.

After his father’s death, he became the sect leader of Raven Sect, so he had absolute power over its members and could order them around at will. While most individuals who rose to power would have to spend some time and effort to earn the respect of others before giving out orders, Hadriel was too arrogant to do any of that.

Naturally, no one dared disobey his orders, not even Barry, who was an elder in Moon Sect.

Hadriel put down the dagger that he was fiddling with and shot Barry a glance before asking with a sneer. “Are you saying I’m being too impatient, Barry?”

Barry showed no fear whatsoever even though he was speaking directly to the sect leader of Raven Sect. He used to have the utmost respect for Quintus. The two of them often played chess together and discussed their views on martial arts.

Quintus had two sons, the eldest being Hadriel Snyder and the younger, Slade Snyder. He also had a daughter who was eighteen years old.

Hadriel was often suspicious of others and preferred to get things done as soon as possible. Although he had a high cultivation level, his personality made him unsuitable for making big decisions. ConTEent bel0ngs to Nôv(e)lD/rama(.)Org .

Slade, however, was the complete opposite. He would always follow the rules and carry out his duties responsibly. His personality was very similar to that of Quintus, which led to others willingly helping him.

One day, Barry was playing chess with Quintus when the latter said he would hand his position over to Slade after he stepped down.

However, Quintus died from a mysterious poison that no one had ever heard of a month ago. Raven Sect could not be without a leader, and Slade’s whereabouts were unknown at the time, so they had no choice but to have Hadriel take over instead.

As soon as he became the sect leader, Hadriel sent all forces in the secret world a message ordering them to attack the real world.

Nobody dared disobey his order, but the righteous Barry refused to let this incident slide. Not only was he concerned about the safety of those in the real world, but he also suspected Hadriel of murdering Quintus

and Slade.

I refuse to allow a man who murdered his father and brother to hold such power and give such a command!

“Yes, that’s right. I do not agree with having the secret forces take over the real world. We have been out of touch with the real world for far too long, and we have our own way of living in this secret world.

Why

should we disrupt that lifestyle now?” he asked while staring Hadriel in the eye. They were both Grandmasters, so neither side was willing to back down.

Hadriel was not expecting Barry to confront him in front of so many people. Being the new sect leader, he refused to allow anyone to challenge his authority. The next thing Barry knew, Hadriel had thrown the dagger toward him.
