Alessandro and Isabelle walked inside, laughing and they stopped when they saw Andrea and Roberto stare at them with surprise.

“What’s funny?” Roberto demanded.

“We saw a movie commercial that was very funny” Alessandro replied sharply, his gaze fixed at Andrea.

“Oh, I see that you’re bonding well with your guard, isn’t that great?” Andrea hinted and Isabelle sneered at him.

“Oh, I also see that you’re at my house at this late time and there’s no signs of you leaving now”

“Watch your tongue, he came to congratulate you, the least you should do is show some respect” Her father scolded.

“Would you like to go on a date?” Andrea suggested and Alessandro clenched his fist.

“And risk distracting you from your election? No, I’m not a terrible person you know, you should spend every free time you get on discovering new strategies for the election” She replied, walking upstate and Andrea blocked the way.

“All I’m asking for is just a date, it wouldn’t hurt to take a breathing space from politics… please” He asserted and she dragged her hand furiously.

“Are you deaf? I’m not interested in your date” She replied and walked up the stairs angrily.

He didn’t reach the gate when Andrea tapped his shoulder. He turned around angrily, glancing at him with anger.

“What do you want?”

“I just wanna give you a piece of my mind, I see the way you look at Isabelle, now let me warn you, don’t get any funny idea in your head, she’s above your level and if you try anything funny with her, I’ll feed your bones to my dogs” Andrea warned and Alessandro laughed.

“Does she know you’re giving me this warning? Does the president know also? Are you afraid she might fall for me? I can see insecurity written all over your face” Alessandro replied and Andrea fumed.

“I’ve warned you, don’t try to act smart if you value your life” Andrea advised and walked away angrily.

Alessandro opened his door and was surprised to see Elena in his house, he looked at her with anger, the sheer material she wore infuriated him the more.

“How did you get into my house?!” He thundered.

“Relax, it was from a trusted source. You should be concerned with my I’m here and you very much know the reason” She replied, closing the gap between them.

“Alessandro, I love you so much. I’ve loved you from the very first time I saw you, what does Isabelle have that I don’t have? Is she better than me? Why can’t you feel the same thing I’m feeling?” She requested, tears shimmering in her eyes.

“She is better than you, she’s not a slut you are… hell! She doesn’t throw herself at guys cheaply” He replied and Elena smiled.

“It’s all because I love you, I’m willing to do anything for you”

“The only thing you can do that’ll make me very happy is to leave my life permanently”

“What proof do you need for you to know that I love you. Alessandro you’re the only guy I’ll love” She pleaded, tears streaming down her face.

“I’m sorry Elena but I’ll never love you, my heart belongs to Isabelle”

“You know that you guys can never be together? her father would kill you if he finds out. You know she’s betrothed to Andrea? Andrea would never lay low and watch you have her” Elena hinted and Alessandro’s eyes turned dark, anger was visible and she stepped back slightly.

“Get out!” He ordered and she stared at him, he began making a call to securities when she didn’t move.

“You would never be with Isabelle, I’ll make sure of that!” She flung at him and walked out furiously.

Isabelle was shocked and furious when she saw Andrea, sitting in the dining room with her father.

I wonder if he doesn’t have his own house, she mumbled and her father urged her to join them.

“Good morning sunshine” He greeted with a broad smile and she faked a smile and dug into her food.

Her father left, leaving her alone with Andrea who wouldn’t stop asking her questions.

“Is there something between you and your guard?” He dropped and she dropped her cutlery, staring at him with amazement.

“Why would you ask such a question?” She retorted, recovering from her shock.

“I have eyes Isabelle, the maids and guards also have eyes. Everyone notices the way you look radiant and eager to leave the house, we see the way you look at him…”

“Excuse me! Do you expect me to leave the house with a frown even when I know I have a job?” She demanded, banging the table.

“That’s not what I’m saying, this guy is nothing but a mere guard, you always fix your gaze on him when he’s around, you eyes beam whenever you see him, have you forgotten that he has a bad reputation, do you even know if he’s trying to make you love him so he can use you?” Andrea demanded and she stood up.

“I’ve lost my appetite thanks to your ridiculous words” She stomped out of the house and Andrea ran after her.

“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to upset you, let me make it up to you. Would you like to go shopping with me?” He pleaded, she eyed him and walked away angrily.

“What’s making my damsel look gloomy?” Alessandro demanded and she hissed, turning to the window.

“I’m tired of Andrea, I wish he would just leave me alone” She muttered and he held her hand.

“Just let him be babe, all that matters is I love you and you love me too” He teased with a smile and she tried to conceal a smile.

“Where would you be working now?” He questioned as he checked her schedule and locations.

“Lettice told me that I would be working at a new movie set, that’s for Thomas’s movie” She replied and he frowned, making her touch his lap with concern.

“What’s wrong?”

“I was thinking of taking my girlfriend to the beach or somewhere nice to have fun” He mumbled.

How about after checking out the movie and getting my scripts we could go have fun and return to your house…” She trailed, rubbing his lap and he screamed.

“We might end up being dead before reaching the movie set!” He cautioned and after several protests she removed her hand.

She was all smiles when she got to the movie set, she greeted the actors she met and was amazed to see Brianna with Lettice.

“I’ve taken her under my wings and I’m now her manager” Lettice briefed, holding Brianna who was shy and Isabelle smiled.

“I hope you work very hard to achieve a great career” Isabelle advised and Brianna nodded.

“Thank you so much ma’am” Brianna muttered and Isabelle burst into laughter.

“Chill girl, you can call me Isabelle, would you like to grab something at a restaurant with me?”

“Can I? Wouldn’t that be a burden to you?” She requested shyly and Isabelle shook her head.

Lilian walked inside proudly and everyone turned to watch her, she had a look of triumph on her face as she stared at everyone with contempt.

“How did she get a movie role?” A person muttered.

“She’s very powerful and influential, I heard lots of directors recommended her” Another replied.

“Hey you, how dare you? Are you blind, why would you step on my dress? Do you know how much I got this?!” Lilian demanded angrily, placing a slap on Brianna’s face and everybody gasped.

“I’m sorry, please forgive me senior” Brianna pleaded, going on her knees and Lilian eyes her angrily.

“Would your sorry wash my clothes? Can you afford this type of dress? Even if you work from now till you die you’re too wretched to afford this kind of dress and you wanna ruin it!” Lilian ranted as a crowd began to gather.

Isabelle was shocked to hear Lilian shouting and after pushing her way through, she was shocked to see Brianna on the floor, crying and pleading.

She rushed to carry her up and Brianna refused.

“Why would you make her stay this way? Are you completely heartless?!” Isabelle requested.

“Get your ass out of this place, nobody called you here. She ruined my dress and I’ll make sure she pays for it”

“How much does this dress cost? Why would you create a ruckus just because of a dress?” Isabelle demanded and Lilian scoffed.

“This is made specially by Amelia Baker, she made just 3 and they are all sold out! I spent a lot to get this. How would she ever afford it?!” Lilian retorted and Isabelle laughed while Brianna’s tears increased.

“All I want is the price, you know what, I’ll call her and ask her to make another of this dress for you” Isabelle promised, bringing out her phone.

Everyone looked blown while Brianna and Lilian stared at her with wide mouths.

Isabelle took her phone and placed a call to Amelia, after several minutes of making bargains, Isabelle hung the call with a smile.

Brianna stared at her with shock and Lilian was speechless.

“She has promised to make the dress in a week, I’ll send it to you directly when she gets it done”

“Do I look dumb? You want to act like her knight in shining armor then send a cheap dress to me! I want my dress now, what would I wear home, she had torn this with her dirty shoes” Lilian grumbled and Isabelle laughed.

“Amelia told me that the dress would cost $45 million, send your account details and I’ll pay you back the money” Isabelle retorted and everyone gasped.

Lilian was shocked, she was silent for some minutes and after a few minutes she began talking.

“Wait, the actual dress costs $23 million. You shouldn’t give her $45 million” Chris interrupted and Isabelle smiled, together, they lifted Brianna up.

“I’m still waiting for your details so I can send you the money” Isabelle reminded and with a shaky voice, Lilian called out her details.

“After sending the money, I want the dress immediately because I’m paying for it” Isabelle dropped and Lilian stared at her with wide eyes.

“I.. I can’t take it off, what would I wear?”

“I don’t care, as long as I’m paying for it. I would collect it this minute and if you don’t give me I’ll ask my guard to take it forcefully here!” Isabelle announced and Lilian walked away angrily.
