I never knew ladies are this emotional, why is she not having the faith in me that I will find her sister and bring her back in one piece?

This is a shame to my path as an Alpha but there is no problem, I think I should just tap her shoulder and make her know I will find her but I regret doing it.

For heaven’s sake why will she hug me this way? This is so annoying I must say and I do not like it a bit, I dislike her a little and I am trying to be good to her because of Amelia.

“Yes Lorde, you need to be good to her in all ways okay? You just have to be very nice to her if at all.” Raja spoke.

“That’s what I want to do but this hug, I just can’t tolerate it anymore, I just can’t, I need to push her off.”

“Such an arrogant alpha,” Raja commented after I pushed her off my body

“Sorry, you don’t have to do this okay? I shall take my leave now, Simon come with me, I need you to do something right now before I have my bath.”

I added without looking at her at all and I now focus on Simon, who nodded as he walked with me.

“Don’t you think that was too much for Amelia sister?” He asked.

“Simon, I already told her, I am going to look for her okay? I don’t need to start behaving like a girl right? I don’t need to start showing those female lines of saying, Oh don’t you cry be strong, I am a man and I don’t even like her.”

“Point taking, I will accept the last point you gave, you don’t like her.”

“Go to hell, I will have my bath now to start the rites with the other alpha but this is what I want you to do Simon.”

“Okay tell me, what should I do?”

“Get some werewolves and go to the shopping mall Amelia went to today, ask mom for the name before she goes to bed, I want you all to search very well for any clue that could lead us to where the dirty wolves are keeping Amelia okay?”

“I will attend to that at once and will be expecting you too, be careful not to lose your anger during the rites even when some of the Alpha might annoy you.”

He said before leaving and I entered my bathroom, I miss Amelia, I need to find her tonight, I need to begin the rites so others can follow, it will look so bad on me that I didn’t bid goodbyes to the fallen werewolves who died carrying out my duties for me, I just need to be there and my heart is missing, I also need to be out there this night to find her, I trust Simon to find her but the dead need to be put to rest once.

I turned on the shower and remembered how we enjoyed ourselves together in the room, kissing and how beautiful she is whenever she let out a smile.

I finished with my bath and I wore a black suit, then I combed my hair back wearing a hat, I applied body spray leaving the room heading to the place of the burial rite, was shocked to see Katarina still in the living room, what’s going on with her, I already gave my word, she should be sleeping by now.

“Alpha Lorde,” she said.

“You can’t sleep?” I asked her.

“No, my sister is not yet back home.” She replied.

“Oh I see, you are still bothered, let’s attend the burial rites, I will look for your sister okay?” She rushed to me and I didn’t know why but I was not comfortable.

Stepping out she missed her step and I was not in a hurry to save her so she landed on the ground, “Are you hurt?” I asked her.

“No, it’s alright, I feel better, just missed my steps.” She said.

“You are so not a gentleman at all Lorde,” Raja commented.

“You can’t expect me to be her superhero?”

“I should have helped her maybe next time she falls I will do that,” I replied and Raja started growing inside of me.

“What’s it?”

“Let’s just hurry up and find our mate.” He replied.

“Yes, that’s the plan once we are done here.”

“Let me help you up?” I stretched my hands towards Katarina and she grabbed it as I helped her up.

“Thank You.”

“You don’t need to thank me, just thank Amelia when I finally return with her.” She smiled and I had to leave her to begin the rites, she has to join other werewolves but I must be with elders and Alphas.

We walked straight to the river where all the bodies were placed together in a boat and after the first rites, I was given an arrow along with a bow, I had to set it first and lighted up the arrow with the fire burning and I said, “Your death will not be in vain, I hope you find rest in the other world with our forefathers, rest well.” I targeted the boat as I fired the arrow at it and instantly it catch fire, I had to leave as others continued with the rites.

I feel so bad that I had to lose such a great number of werewolves, I entered my car and zoomed off to the place Simon told me he is.

I noticed they were still outside the building of the mall.

“What is it? Why are you all standing?” I asked Simon.

We searched around but could not find anything clue, we wanted to check the CCTV, they refuse to open up saying it’s late to do any investigation.”

I left there to the doorpost and the securities stopped me, “Do you know who is standing at your front? If you all don’t wish to see yourself on the floor with all your bones cracked, get out of my way, I believe your boss if you call her right now will also tell you to leave the way of Almighty Lorde when coming, the ball is in your court.” I gave an evil smirk.
