Chapter 1267 How Would Daddy React

Before the six children arrived at the hospital, Benjamin received a phone call from the director and learned that Julian was also hospitalized. It appeared that someone had assaulted Julian at his own house. Benjamin scoffed disdainfully upon hearing that.

It can't be Ethen or Jack. If they were involved, they would have reported the matter to me. Who was so daring to attack Julian at his residence?

Benjamin quite admired that person. He then recalled a similar experience that Justin had encountered before, and it made him even more curious.

When he was calling Ethen, the six munchkins approached him and overheard his instructions to Ethen. “Check who beat up Julian this morning and find out whether it was the same person who did that to Justin.”

The children glanced at Benjamin, and a trace of guilt flashed across their eyes. How would Daddy react if he knew it was us who did it? He won't be angry, will he?

When Benjamin saw the children start to crowd around him, he did not say much to Ethen and ended the call.

“Good morning, Mr. Graham!” the six of them greeted him in unison while staring at him. Their sweet voices were so adorable!

Benjamin's gaze softened. He looked at all six of them standing in a straight line and sighed. “Are you addicted to calling me that?”

Gavin looked at him and said nothing.

Tim lowered his head sheepishly, feeling somewhat awkward. Since the others did not address Benjamin as “Daddy,” he felt obligated to do the same.

“You still need to work harder if you want us to change the way we address you,” retorted Zachary as his gaze met Benjamin's.

Oliver, on the other hand, glanced at Benjamin and adjusted his glasses. “I did change the way I called you previously, but for the sake of our brotherhood, it's best I stay consistent with them.”

Jasper's gaze darted as he made a stance to join the others. “All the best, Mr. Graham!”

Jesse bobbed her head vigorously in agreement as she fixed her twinkling eyes on Benjamin.

The latter was rendered speechless. He scanned each one of them before fixating his gaze on Tim.

Bending over, he asked in a low voice, “Have you recovered from your allergies?”

“Yup, I'm well now.” Tim nodded. He even pulled up his shirt to let Benjamin check his body.

After a brief examination to see that there were no more red spots on Tim's body, Benjamin heaved a sigh of relief. “You must let me know if you feel any discomfort.”

Subsequently, he patted the boy's head, and Tim responded softly, “Okay, I will.”

“Go ahead and see your Mommy!” Benjamin tilted his head, gesturing for the kids to enter the ward.

Arissa was sitting on the bed, staring at the door. She had heard the voices of her children but did not see them coming in.

The moment she saw them walking through the door, she smiled. “What took you so long? I heard you talking since a while ago, but you did not come inside.”

“Mommy, we were just talking to Mr. Graham,” Gavin stated with a grin, exhibiting a completely different attitude compared to facing Benjamin.

Benjamin shot him a glance and grumbled in his heart, What a biased brat!

“Mommy!” the six of them called out and ran toward their mother cheerfully.

Arissa quickly hugged all of them, taking in their familiar scents. In that moment, contentment washed over her.

“Have you had breakfast?”

“Nope. We're here to eat with you.” Then they hurriedly served the myriad of sumptuous food they had brought along with them.

“It's all your favorite foods, Mommy! You must eat more.”

“Mommy, Grandpa made this for you.”

“Mommy, Mr. Whitley prepared this just for you.”

The six little ones chattered away as they diligently brought all the delicious treats right to her mouth.

Benjamin watched on. The mother and children were completely absorbed in their own lovely world, making him feel a little jealous.
