Skylar spoke before Coralie could refuse.

Coralie explained on Skylar's behalf without hesitating.

Skylar had told her that he didn't eat coriander during their university days so Coralie was aware about

that habit of his.

Although she seemed to act nonchalant about it, Coralie could see that her eyes were wet with tears.

"Then... can we visit her tonight?" Coralie turned around to ask Skylar for his opinion.

After all, she and Hendric had come for Skylar. She was afraid that he would be unhappy if she simply

agreed to dinner with the old lady.

said. "There are some treats for the little boy as well. The cookies will be ready soon and you can eat

them after dinner."

"What kind of cookies are they?"

Hendric asked happily as soon as he heard that there were cookies for him.

"Chocolate chip cookies, of course!"

Rosa moved her face close to Hendric as she smiled and replied.

When the three of them were all seated, Rosa then asked, "Which part of Country A are you all from?"

"We are from A City."

Coralie answered.

"Oh, we used to live in B City, but we haven't gone back for many years," Rosa said as she gestured

for Coralie to come over. "Have a taste of my cooking. I don't have any other hobbies apart from

cooking. However, apart from the servants in this house, there's no one else to help me finish the food

so I'm really happy that you guys are here."

"In fact, if we knew that your place was so big, we wouldn't have dared to come."

Coralie spoke the truth.

If she had known it earlier, not only she wouldn't have dared to come, she wouldn't even dare to talk to

Madam Carter.
