“I WANT Rhianna and Leo to do this mission.” Agent Jerald said while looking at them intently. What? Is what Rhianna heard correct? She and Leo were doing the mission to catch Don Ysmael. What was Agent Jerald thinking? At least that’s okay. She can prove to herself and Leo that she can do it. That she can also fight.

“Get out first Alexandra, Harold, Brandon, and Faith. I will ask you to do something, not this.” Agent Jerald commanded. They stand. When Brandon coincided with him he whispered to her.

“Now this is what we’re going to do.” Agent Jerald averted his eyes and suddenly frowned.

“Where is Carmela? Why she’s isn’t she now?” he asked with confusion on his face.

“agent Carmela decided to left the group and go back to the office. She told me to just tell you.” Leo explained.

“Can’t someone else be with me on this mission, Agent?” he asked and look at her. Rhianna glared at Leo because she was angry!

Rhianna couldn’t help but be offended by what Leo said. Why? Doesn’t Leo want Rhianna to be with him on this mission? Does he still not trust her? That, she can also do the thing they do. “Okay. Brandon told me recently that Rhianna is getting better. He said that he was with Rhianna yesterday and he saw how determined Rhianna is. So I want Rhianna and you, Leo to handle this mission. I know you’re always there for her, Leo.” Agent Jerald said.

Suddenly her tears dripped, but she immediately wiped them away so that Agent Jerald would not notice. Brandon is still good he sees everything she does. While Leo does not. He doesn’t see everything she did right. If only the heart was dictated, it would be Brandon. But no, no matter what Leo did to her, feel to her, her heart for Leo.

Agent Jerald begins to explain where Don Ysmael is hiding. They just listen carefully. An hour also passed when the meeting ended. He held out his hand to Leo.

“You can do it, Leo and Rhianna.” Agent Jerald looked at her.

“I know you can handle it,” he said.

“Thank you, agent. Thank you for the trust. You can count on it. We will do everything to catch Don Ysmael.” even Leo.

“Okay. You can leave now. Please just call others to come here for their mission.” Agent Jerald ordered. Leo nodded and turned to her.

“Let’s go,” he said.

Rhianna left her seat and went to the door to get out. She just followed Leo. When they got out, she saw Harold, Alexandra, Faith, and Brandon. Because of what Brandon said earlier, her body moved spontaneously to approach him. Rhianna hugged him to Brandon’s surprise. Even those present were surprised at what Rhianna did.

“Rhianna,” he said and Brandon hug her back. She loosens her hug him.

“Thank you, Brandon. Thank you for trusting my aptness. Thank you so much.” she said sincerely.

“All right, I’ll leave now. Good luck with your mission.” Leo said with bitterness in his voice and marched out of Head Quarters. Rhianna watched Leo bulk walk away.

“You’re welcome,” Brandon said while staring intently at her.

POV’Leonardo

Leo couldn’t help but be hurt by what he saw. It hurts so much to see you’re woman hugging another man. So before she could even punch Brandon because of the jealousy he felt. Leo left so that the annoyance he felt would go somewhere else because Agent Jerald was there.

Leo sighed softly as he walked to the car. What was wrong with what he did? I’ll just protect her because he doesn’t want Rhianna to get hurt. Is that difficult to understand? Doesn’t she think of that?

Leo stopped walking when he heard footsteps approaching where he was. Leo turned around and saw Rhianna approaching. Even though he was angry, it suddenly disappeared because he saw Rhianna. Even though Leo gets angry with her every day but when Leo sees Rhianna, he loses his temper.

Leo stopped but Rhianna just passed him. Leo couldn’t help but feel angry at what she did. Won’t Rhianna talk to him? Leo could do nothing but follow her. Rhianna got into the car.

When Leo got close to the car, he got in the driver’s seat and drove the car out of Head Quarters. During the trip, Rhianna did not speak. Leo was even more disgusted. He blew air and looked at her, she was just staring out the car window as if deep in thought.

“Aren’t you going to talk to me?” Leo asked.

“I have no intention of talking to a liar.” Rhianna replied. He was confused by what she said.

“How did you say that I was lying?” Leo asked again. He’s getting irritated. They were always fighting. Isn’t there a day when they don’t fight?

“Why did you tell agent Jerald that Carmela leaves the leave the group, even if it’s not?” she asked.

He was stunned. But, Leo only did that because Agent Jerald didn’t need to know the truth anymore. As his right hand, he’s forbidden to interact with the group. But to the other member, it is okay. He’s the only one who can’t because he will replace agent Jerald as soon as possible.

Agent Jerald will not agree when he finds out that he like Rhianna. He doesn’t want to be separated from Rhianna. That’s why when we’re done with the mission I’ll tell Rhianna how he feels for her. Even if she doesn’t love him, it’s okay. The important is, that he confesses to her. Leo stopped the car on the side of the road so they could talk well.

“You don’t trust me, huh? You even opposed Agent Jerald to be your partner in the mission.” she asked him as her eyes glazed over at him. Leo looked at Rhianna. Her tears flowed but she wiped them away.

“I trust you, Rhianna. I just don’t want to hurt you.” He said in a low voice. He couldn’t answer her because he was also hurting seeing Rhianna crying because of him. Leo wants to hug Rhianna. But he can’t do that because he knows she’s mad at him.

“No! You don’t trust me. You’ve done nothing but make me look like I’m lame Leo!” she said and sobbed. Leo couldn’t stand it anymore, he hugged her. She was punching him but he just let her go so she could release the pain she was feeling.

“I don’t want to hurt you, Rhianna. You’re that important to me. If Brandon appreciates what you’re doing. I am too. I just want to protect you so I’m doing it. I don’t want to lose you. I can’t take it, Rhianna.” Leo explained.

Rhianna stops punching him. If she only knew how much he wanted her to do what he does but that’s where he’s afraid. He’s afraid she might lose him. For no apparent reason, Rhianna hugged him back.
