Chapter 66: Distancing Myself Jasmine's POV

"This is the venue that we chose. It's a little big, but maybe we could finish this earlier," Ms. Clarkson said. We only have weeks to do this, and I think we can do it.

"You can count on us, Mr. Clarkson, "I told him, and he nodded. They had already decided on the venue and the theme. We're just buying the materials that we need while my team is starting to fix the place. "Ms. Stewart, if you need anything, you can talk to us, " Ms. Bianca said. She was very kind. He started walking towards us, and I had no idea why he was there. I told Rhian to leave us in the meantime.

"Just want to see you" he said like everything about him is just a joke.

"I don't have time for nonsense things,", I told him. That made him stare at me, and I was not comfortable with the way he was looking at me.

It made me irritated. I don't want to see his face.
