It’s been a few days since my husband and I had talked and until now I can feel that we are not okay. I know he is still doubting me but I still can’t tell him about Luke.

I haven’t had breakfast with Ethan for a few days now because he’s always in a hurry to get into the office because he said he has a meeting even though I know the truth that he’s really avoiding me.

And now I have decided to tell him the truth, I don’t want us to fight for this reason and I don’t want him to lose his trust in me. I decided to just bring him lunch in the office.

Then I took a shower and tidied up and went to the Hernandez Company. The trip won’t be long because my husband’s office is not far from our house.

When I arrived at the opposite side of the building, I continued to enter, many employees greeted me and I smiled at them. I took the elevator to Ethan’s office.

When I got there, his secretary greeted me. “Good morning Ma’am Agatha.”

“Hello, is he here?” I asked him.

He nodded. “Yes, just come in there Ma’am. I think your husband is not in the mood.” He said and laughed.

“What do you mean?” I asked in astonishment.

“Sir hasn’t been in the mood since last time. I’m thinking he didn’t get a kiss from you.” he jokingly promised.

“Silly you, I’ll be right in.” I promise.

I didn’t bother to knock anymore and just entered. I saw him standing while looking out the window. He seemed to be deep in thought because he didn’t even notice my arrival.

I walked closer to him and hugged him tightly which surprised him based on the flicking of his body.

He looked at me and smiled. “You didn’t tell me you were going here,” he said.

“Because you haven’t had breakfast earlier so I just brought you lunch. I keep thinking that you don’t want to eat the food I’m preparing.” I promised.

“Silly! I really have an early meeting today. It’s not because I don’t like my wife’s cooking.”

“I just thought about it. So here, you can eat that if you want.” I said.

“What food did you prepare?”

“Of course your favorite food besides me, At first I’m thinking of serving you myself but I changed my mind..” I teased him.

“Well, if you want to serve yourself as my lunch I won’t mind , I like it better.” he said while smiling.

I quickly slapped his arm. “Just sit down and eat.” I ordered him and arranged the food I had brought to the table.

I was just looking at him as he started eating.

“Why are you staring at me like that? Won’t you eat?” he ejaculated at me which brought me back to my senses.

I shook my head. “I finished eating before I came to you.” I answered.

“Ahm! Baby can we talk after you eat? Or are you still busy?” I added.

He looked at me. “About what? I’m free now because the meeting is over.” he answered me seriously. ”

“I need to tell you something. But finish your food first.” I promised and he went back to eating.

After a few minutes he also finished eating and I put it away first and put it back in the bag it was in.

He leaned over me and leaned on my shoulder.

“You’re lacking in rest again.” I said.

“No I’m not, I’m just a little sleepy. So what are you going to tell me?”

“About the man you saw with me last time.” I said.

He immediately sat up and looked at me seriously.

“Don’t look at me like that, what’s on your mind you’re wrong. He is not my client and you know him, I just didn’t tell you about him because he asked for a favor not to let you know first, but I don’t have any choice because I don’t want us to have problems anymore. ” I promise.All content is property © NôvelDrama.Org.

“W-what do you mean? And who?”

” Luke.” I answered him shortly.

“My brother? H-how?”

“The day Veronica and I met was also the day I saw him. He even planned to run away from me at first.” I said.

“Where is he?”

“He’s staying in the apartment.” I replied.

“Can we go there?”

I nodded at him. “I know he’s there now so you can catch up with him.”

He got up and took his cuit then we left the office and went to his brother’s apartment. I’m fed up with Kuya Luke again because I said so.

We spent thirty minutes until we arrived  at Brother Luke’s place. I went straight in while my husband just followed me.

When we got to the door I immediately opened it and saw Brother Luke holding papers, he looked up to see me. “Agatha.” he said my name and his eyes widened to recognize who was behind me.

“Luke.”

“Ethan.”

“I’m sorry Luke because your brother is very suspicious, he thought I had another man so I have no choice but to tell him the truth.” I explain immediately.

“What? You just don’t know how to hide it well, how many times have I noticed you.” Ethan replied.

“Come in.” Kuya Luke said, we followed.

He first put away the papers on the table and walked into his room, after a few seconds it came out as well.

“I didn’t know that you were too possessive of Ethan.” he started as he sat down.

“I trust my wife but not the men around her.” My husband was serious so I slapped him on the shoulder.
