I looked at Belle when suddenly her phone rang and she stood up to answer whoever was calling. I’ve noticed in the past that it looks like someone is hiding from us, I just don’t ask her because maybe I’m just wrong in my thinking.

But I wonder why she just talks to Melissa like she’s mad at her for reasons we don’t know.

Later I stood up and excuse myself also to Ethan and Melissa. I walked over to the habit where Belle was and I saw that her face was serious while talking on the phone.

“It’s good that she’s already asleep.” heard Belle’s promise, who is she referring to and who is she talking to.

I even walked closer to her when I stopped walking because of the name I heard.

“I’ll go home later, I’m still here in Ethan’s house. Everything will be okay and I’m sure Agatha will be fine too.”

A few more seconds passed before Belle dropped the call, she was about to return to the terrace when she saw me behind her.

“G-gian. W-why are you here?” she stammered saying my name.

“I just need some air , and suddenly I hear Agatha’s name.” I said softly as I walked closer to her.

“Tell me Belle, do you know where she is?” I asked seriously.

“What are you saying? You just misheard it.” she knew but knew she was nervous.

“You can’t fool me Belle because I know what I heard.” I strongly promise.

I saw that she swallowed several times and turned pale. Now I’m sure she knows where Agatha is.

“I’m waiting.” I repeat.

“Yes, I know where she is.” she answered me.

“Why don’t you tell it to Ethan? You know he’s looking for Agatha!” I said.

“I have a reason, Gian! I’ll thank you if you didn’t tell Ethan whatever you found out.”

My forehead wrinkled. “Are you serious? Ethan is our friend! He has the right to know where his girlfriend is so they can talk properly!” I promise.

She shook her head. “This isn’t the right time Gi, it won’t be good for the two of them when they talk. So I’m begging you not to mention to Ethan that I know where Agatha is.”

“What do you mean? I don’t understand you Belle, can you explain it to me?” I said.

“I will, but later when we’re no longer here.”

And since there was nothing I could do when I forced her I just nodded, she should make sure I could understand her reasons why she hid what she knew from our friend because otherwise I would tell Ethan what I heard.

We went back to the terrace at the same time because they might wonder when we stayed longer.

It took us about two more hours at Ethan’s house before saying goodbye to go home, but the truth of the matter was that we weren’t going home because Belle and I were still talking.

Belle and I were in the same car because it didn’t bring her car because she also didn’t have a driver because it was a day off. We first went to a coffee shop to talk before I took her.

As we waited for our order she spoke. “Thank you Gi for not telling Ethan.”

“Actually it’s not easy for me to do this thing Belle because Ethan is my best friend and I don’t want to keep it a secret from him but because I believe you have a good reason I will listen to it first before I decide whether to say it or not.” I said.

“I know and so do I because Ethan is my friend but it’s also for the two of them especially Agatha.”

“What do you really want to say?” I asked, already wondering what she was saying.

She began to recount everything that had happened since she visited Ethan’s house and she saw Agatha in her room until what is happening now.

I almost didn’t know what my reaction would be because of what I found out, until she finished telling the story I couldn’t speak and remained silent.

My brain couldn’t absorb that Agatha was pregnant and that the baby was gone. And until now she is not recovering. What if Ethan found out all of this? I’m sure he can’t forgive himself.

“Honestly I don’t know what to say Belle, I’m wondering what Ethan’s reaction will be when he finds out about this thing.” I promise.

“That’s why I don’t want to tell him because it’s not the right time yet and it won’t be good for Agatha if she will see Ethan.”

“Where is she now?” I asked.

“You remember that I bought another house just a month ago? She is staying there.”

“Who’s with her there?” I asked more.

“There is a nurse who takes care of her and the doctor also visits her once a week to check if there is any improvement. And now Zey is in there.”

“Zey? She knows?” I asked in shock.

She nodded. “We both know what Agatha is going through, because I called her when I took her to the hospital to let her know what happened.

“Can I see Agatha too? I just wanted to visit her.” I said

“Of course, I’ll be sleeping there also.”

Soon our order arrived and we started eating, Belle also took us out to take home.

We also didn’t stay long at the coffee shop and left after dinner. Belle just showed me the way to her new house because it wasn’t far from where we were.

Zey was even more shocked to see that I was with Belle, I could see the masculinity of her eyes. I also told her that I already knew the truth and she shouldn’t worry because I had nothing to say to Ethan.
