In a large dark room, Four men were seen whispering among themselves as they formed a small gathering.

They seemed to be waiting for someone.

Silence engulfed the room as a man all clothed in black walked slowly into the room, his dark aura dominating the room.

“Lord Nold.”

They all greeted, bowing their heads down and the man hummed.

“You all may rise.”

He ordered, walking towards a large beautiful chair placed in the center of the room which was only for him.

“I heard some rumors. Is he coming tomorrow?”

He asked, sitting on the enormous chair.

“Yes Lord Nold he’s coming tomorrow’s noon.”

A figure replied, he was also clothed in black.

“Hmm, he must not reach here tomorrow.”

Lord Nold muttered angrily.

“He’s a threat to my reign”

He added and signed silently.

“What do you suggest we do Lord Nold?”

Another figure asked fearfully.

Standing in front of Lord Nold was just like standing in front of a devil himself, they all feared him greetly.

“We ambush him on his way here.”

Lord Nold replied and others nodded their heads in support.

“Leave that to me Lord Nold.”

Another figure said walking towards Lord Nold, slightly bow his head.

“I don’t want mistakes.”

Lord Nold warned, glaring hard at him.

“There won’t be any mistake Lord Nold”

The figure replied still bowing.

“Very well then, I Will leave it to you.”

Lord Nold replied, standing up from the enormous throne he was sitting on and slowly walked out from the small gathering.

“Are you still going to V City tomorrow?”

Kia asked Diaz immediately he came out from the bathroom with a towel wrapped around his neck.

He had just finished brushing his teeths again.

“No Kia, I won’t be going again.”

Diaz replied, still hugging Maddie tightly in his arms.

“We don’t break our promises Diaz, it really means a lot to them.”

Kia reminded, walking inside the room.

“I can’t Kia, i can’t leave Maddie alone, who knows what the foes might do this time around.”

Diaz gently patted Maddie’s hair.

He wouldn’t want anything bad happen to her.

“Then allow me to follow you Diaz.”

Maddie whispered, looking up to him with her cute hazel eyes pleading to him.

“No, no Maddie, it’s damn too dangerous for you.”

Diaz replied shifting his gaze away from her beautiful eyes.

“Then think of something like you always do.”

Kia muttered, walking away.

“Please Diaz…”

Maddie pleaded.

“Ok, fine, fine, fine, you are coming with me.”

Diaz agreed, gently kissing her on the lips and she smiled.

“But first I have to come up with a plan, Arnold is smart and dangerous and I wouldn’t want us walking into a trap.”

Diaz added carrying her into his arms and walking towards the bathroom.

“What do you think you’re doing?”

Diaz replied opening the door of the bathroom.

“But I can…”

Maddie tried to protest.

“Shhh, don’t say a word hazel, you are injured so I’m gonna bath for you.”

Diaz replied, shutting her up and she sighed.

“Have it your way then.”

She gave up.

Diaz gently placed her on the bath tub and slowly started undressing her.

He gently removed the gown she was wearing and it fell with a little sound on the floor.

Fuck, he was already getting hard.

Diaz replied, pulling off her bra.

“Such a pervert.” Maddison laughed, her cheeks turning red and Diaz chuckled.

She looked more beautiful when she laughs.

“You did it again.”

Maddie suddenly accused, gently hitting him on his arm.

“Doing what again Maddie?”

He asked.

“You know? Zooming off in your thoughts?”

She narrowed her eyes and he laughed.

“Really?

And when did I zoom off in my thoughts?”

He was already filling the bath tube with water.

“A while ago, you were lost in thoughts leaving me talk to myself all alone thinking you were hearing me.”

Maddie replied, feigning annoyance.

“What were you thinking of?”

She inquired, pouting her lips.

“I was thinking about my beautiful pet”

He replied, gently brushing her skin with a soft sponge, trying his best as possible to avoid the wounded areas.

“Thinking about me?”

“Yes Hazel, thinking about you”

He confirmed.

“And why were you thinking about me?”

She asked, her eyes glimmering with curiosity.

“Trust me, you wouldn’t want to know.”

Diaz replied, his lips quirking up in a smirk.

“Can you just stop smirking? You look so devilishly handsome when you do that”

Maddie confessed.

“What? Devil? is that supposed to be a compliment?”

He asked, raising his eyebrows.

“If you wish to take it as one sire.”

She replied, wincing a Little as she felt his hand graze her wonded area.

“Sorry Hazel, hurts much?”

He asked, rinsing her body with the warm water.

“Hmmmm”

She hummed, nodding her head.

“I’m sorry Hazel, f only I wasn’t angry Maddie, if only I had control my anger, If only…”

“Hey, hey, I’m fine now Diaz, I deserved it, I should have told you the truth earlier.”

Maddie muttered, cupping his face in her hands.

“This has nothing to do with you telling me the truth earlier hazel, I hurted you, I fucking hurted you with my own damn hands, I… I…”

“Its wasn’t your fault Diaz, believe me it wasn’t.”

She uttered, breaking the kiss and Diaz nodded.

“Diaz?” She called.

“Yes Maddison?”

“Can i ask you a question.”

She addedd sounding very nervous.

“A question?”

He asked and she nodded her head.

“Go ahead and ask Maddie.”

He urged, his fingers gently brushing her scalp.

He was washing her hair.
