One Hundred - Eleven: Triple Play

What the fuck happened? I let out a groan and grabbed my head. It is fucking pounding. I sit there

trying to remember what happened. I remember being at Asmoday’s place. Darrius, Asmoday, and I

had an emergency meeting. I told him what had happened. How they had somehow got their hands on

Marshall. Darrius showed him the picture that he was sent. As I predicted Asmoday was pissed and

clueless as we were. None of us could figure out who could slip into the land unnoticed. Darrius had

asked his patrol and no one had caught an unfamiliar scent. There were only seven people we knew

that were capable of this. However, we ruled out any of the girls. They wouldn’t need Phantom’s

assistance getting Marshall back onto Silver Moon territory. That means it was one of the guys. The

only guy with no scent was Chris, but again he wouldn’t need Phantom. That means one of the others

has at least some of the same powers as the girls. I had no idea this was possible or that it happened. I

also had no idea which one of them it could be. I grabbed my head again as it continued pounding. I

leaned back against a wall. That’s when I noticed the chains around my wrists and ankles. What the

fuck? I opened my eyes but quickly closed due to the bright light. I tried again and opened them slowly

to get used to the light. It took a few minutes for them to focus. When they did I was shocked to see

where I was. I looked over to see both Ian and Marshall. Oh fuck, they got me somehow. I was being

so careful. I again tried to wrack my brain as to what happened. I remember stopping to get some food.

The restaurant was busy, but I didn’t see anyone I recognized. The only scents I picked up were

human.

“How the fuck did they catch you?” Ian asks.

“I have no idea,” I tell him.

I explained what I was doing and where I was. I remember leaving the restaurant and getting into my

car. I do remember pulling into the driveway of the new place and then my mind goes blank. I never got

the sense I was in danger or that someone was following me. I didn’t feel drugged but obviously, they

had to have given me something to be able to take me down. I look over at the other two and I just get

more pissed at my situation. I want to know who was there and how they found me. I made sure to only

go places where no one would recognize me. I tended to try to blend in with humans more now. I tried

to stay away from areas where I knew shifters likely gathered. I was being extremely careful. The other

thing that concerned me was that I was just with Darrius at Asomoday’s place. I hope they didn’t get

Darrius as well as find Asmoday’s place. I asked if I was the only one brought down and they told me

yes. Good, that means they didn’t get Darrius. I wonder when one of them would be down to talk to me.

Dustin

I really didn’t think that Jace’s half brain plan would work. When he presented his plan honestly we all

thought he was crazy. We all knew that it just wouldn’t work. We had actually pretty much dumped it

down the drain. After a week of brainstorming none of us could come up with anything. We were not

having any luck finding Damian either. The animals had tracked him to a certain area of town where

very few shifters went. We figured he was there to throw us off. However, the animals could not get a

precise location for him. Then one night Jace reminded us of his plan. We finally went with it because

well no one had come up with a better plan. He explained the plan again. Just as before we were all

very skeptical that this would work. At that moment we had no alternative. Payton, Josh, Seth, and

Peter were all down for it. At that point, we had no choice but to reveal the truth about Chris, the guys,

and the girls. As usual, Chris explained everything perfectly. I am sure he has had to explain this

several times over the last 3000 years so he has it down. He also threw in the little slide show of who

was related to who. I really thought their heads were gonna explode. Shit, I still have a hard time

following it and I have heard a few times now. We showed the four of them a picture of Damian. Seth

recognized him from the underground fights. The plan was to send all four to the area we knew Damian

was frequenting. Since they were human this was not a problem. Plus Josh and Seth knew the area

well. We told them to pair up. We knew that Damian wouldn’t be able to scent them since they were

human so their scents would blend in. They had to stay off the pack land for a few days before to make

sure our scents wore off. They spotted him the first day but made sure to just observe. Rye had

supplied them with something that could be slipped into Damian’s food or drink and he would never

know. They never really got an opportunity to get him. Then one night found him sitting in a restaurant.

Peter and Payton happened to be eating dinner when he walked in. Seriously what kind of luck is that.

They were able to follow him. They noticed him pulling into a driveway. They knew they had to make a

move but he was not eating anything so they knew the stuff Rye gave them was useless. They said as

they watched they noticed him starting to stagger and then he fell down. They ran to him and he was

out cold. Payton text Chris immediately and they brought him back here. It turns out that he had been

poisoned. Probably by the demon. We figured the demon knew we were getting close and decided to

cut his losses. Luckily Imyra had something to counteract the poison. I have no idea how this plan

actually worked, but we now have all three were bears. I know Darrius has received a letter from the

high council. Dad got a call from his friend there and apparently, someone from inside the pack sent the

high council a perfect paper trail of shit that Darrius has been up to. From what dad told me the paper

trail goes back 10 - 15 years. Apparently, the shit in the paperwork is bad and dad says that is good

enough to get Darrius stripped of his alpha title. Dad told me that it is a high probability that his pack

will get turned over to us since we alert the high council to all of this. Also because whoever sent the

original papers to the high council said that Darrius was plotting against my pack. I have a feeling I

know who is responsible but I can’t prove it and they aren’t talking.

Chris

I sit here staring at the three in the cells. I have no idea how in hell that this idea worked, but for fuck

sake it did work. When Jace first presented his idea I literally thought that my sisters had concocted this

plan.

“Did my sisters put you up to this cause they know we are against them searching?” I asked.

“Nope, this is an original Jace plan.” He replied smiling.

I really thought he had lost his fucking mind and I was about to call for Imyra to look and see if had

some type of head trauma. He sat there smiling and I just shook my head. The whole room basically

told him he was crazy and we all dumped his plan down the drain. For the rest of the meeting we tried

to think of plans that would work, but we got nowhere. After a week none of us had come up with

anything. I am not sure how none of the 23 of us could come up with a viable plan to catch one

werebear. But here we are and nothing. Jace again brought his plan up. We went with it because we

had nothing else. I knew it wouldn’t work. However, it worked, not exactly how we planned but all there

of the bears are now in the cell. Of course, this boosted Jace’s ego substantially. I am just glad it did

because I was seriously thinking of talking to my sisters. I know that would have pissed the guys off,

but hey desperate times call for desperate measures. So far my sisters have taken a back seat to all of

this. I still can’t decide if that is a good thing or not. I have a feeling that they are going to be taking front

and center now.

“FYI, I can guarantee my sisters are going to talk to the three of them,” I comment.

“Yeah, we have all had that feeling. I really don’t want them to but we know that it is inevitable.” Kaleb

sighs.

I was surprised that he said anything. Usually, he is the one trying to keep Kylani away from all this shit.

I have a feeling after what Uncle Zeus, Uncle Poseidon, and Uncle Hades admitted to us the other day

he realizes exactly what Kylani is.

I cough trying to hide my laugh. Kaleb throws a pen at him. I think Reecie was gonna say something till

he remembers he and Kaleb are equals. I can’t wait until these three see my sisters and realize who

they think they are trying to overthrow is not who they are trying to overthrow.
