“Yes and you are due for anti-natal. You see those two bigger embryos may have a problem. Twin twin transfusion is very possible because of the shared placenta. That is one baby may tend to absorb nutrients from the other thus making the recipient baby bigger and the donor baby smaller”

“Can it be treated” Darrell asked.

“Of course, that’s the more reason you have to have a regular anti-natal. For now they is no transfusion between them cause they are almost the same size but if in case they tend to have a transfusion a laser fetal surgery will be needed to separate the placentas”

“It’s gonna be fine” Darrell kissed my forehead and I smiled softly

“Yes, no need to fear. Your babies are gonna be fine”
