Start With An Unexpected Affair

The party is more fun than Thompson thought it would be, of course Kyler Black is the host so that’s a must but seeing his jealous gaze following him around the big room makes it more fun

He try as much as possible to be close to Yasmin at all time and barely let go of her hand as they mingle

Just as he divert his attention for a little bit, one of the new ownership recruit try flirting with her and even touch her nape in the pretense of admiring her necklace

Thompson gave a cold look and draw Yasmin slightly to himself but was also quick enough to notice Kyler Black whispered to his P. A

“Is he unable to take it? I hasn’t even started yet” he thought.

Soon after he carefully observe him leave and start to move close to them, Thompson try to concentrate back to the conversation but see him grab a glass of wine and walk to them

He thought of what their trick could be and figure it out, it is a silly trick for someone like Black

Alex walk to the group having a chat and grab a glass of wine on his way

Just as he approach Mr. Bays, he pretend to almost miss a step and the content in his glass almost poured

Mr. Bays seems to already predict that and quickly step away from the spot to avoid getting his outfit damage

But Alex gain his steps and manage not to get the drink spill, he quickly apologize to him for the little fortunate incident.

Mr. Bays nod to affirm he’s okay and turn back to Yasmin only to see her dress stained instead.

“What happened?” He asked wondering how that happened in the space of few seconds which he had lost his concentration

One of the ladies who was drunk mistakenly trip and the cake in her hands has fling away right at Yasmin, leaving a little creamy stain on the left chest of her dress.

He look back at Alex who has a little smirk on his lips taking a sip of the drink

“I will just go clean it up” Yasmin told him and walk away before he has the chance to respond.

“So this was their trick?”

He try going after her but Alex who seems to be prepared step right in front of him and put on a big smile

“President Black want me to discuss some important things with you”

“Can we talk…?”

“It’s important, about the job”

He told him not backing out despite his murderous glare and plaster the smile on his face and Mr. Bays watch Kyler Black go to the same direction.

Finally! A chance to get away from all the men she has been forced to talk to, Yasmin was having a bit of fun trying to show ‘you know who’ how well she is doing

But at some point she began to feel unease at the looks one of the men keep sending her way at every chances and she had hard times looking away.

When the guy reach out his hand and suddenly touch her necklace and slightly brush her nape with the excuse of wanting to admire it

She felt a little uncomfortable but thankfully Mr. Bays stopped his touch by pulling her closer.

Yasmin take a look at the stain in the mirror as she pick up the tissue to clean it up, the stain remove easily leaving the spot almost as clean as before

“That will do” she thought and decide to moisten her lips before going back.

Yasmin’s heart did a backflip as she turn to face him and try to show a flinty expression not sure why he is there, in the women’s restroom

Kyler thought to get her away from the men was all he wanted, but seeing her walk away to the restroom he suddenly have the urge to follow after her, even though he keep telling himself to resist it.

Being just four steps away from her now, his heart misses being close to her, he could not resist the temptation to stare at her downward-turned lips.

His eyes move a bit up and stop at her exposed neckline and the scene of another man touching it minutes ago came to him

The expression on his face change slightly, he take four daring steps to her covering up the distance between them and grab her shoulders tight pushing his face down to her neck he give the spot a hard bite

Yasmin grunts in a short moan scared at the action and confused at his reason for biting her, she could have draw back as he approached her but her feet failed to move

Though it was a painful bite Yasmin feels a strong emotion like some loose wires in her body got connected and it sort of makes her weak

He didn’t stop at the bite and kiss her on the same spot afterwards then trace the kiss from her nape to the front.

Yasmin breathes harder and harder under his sweet torture and when she couldn’t bear it any longer she grab his face and pull it up for a mouth kiss.

She push in a little too fast forward and that make him come a little too demanding that Yasmin thought she was going to lose her breathe under him

But that didn’t make her stop but rather she clinch more unto his neck pushing through his hair more roughly

It lasted few minutes until Yasmin suddenly break it off in a panic and push him away like she just realize what she was doing

“What are you doing?” She asked her gaze holding panic look

“I could ask you the same thing, what the hell do you think you are doing Yasmin Cassidy?” He asked back trying to catch his breathe

“What?”

He is the one who came to meet her in here and kiss her on the neck, what happened just now wouldn’t have happened if he didn’t trigger her

“What are you doing with him? Are you with him now?”

“Of course I’m with him, he’s my Boss” she replied knowing well that isn’t what he meant

“Stop playing games Yasmin!” He yelled to her face and Yasmin feel her body shook a little in fright

“I…” His words got catch in his throat and he try to calm down

“I think you are the one playing games President Black, you asked to break up and you are the one coming at me now”

“That’s because you were too close with other men Damnit!”

“And you are with your wife!” She emphasized letting it sink into her head too

“Whatever we had is over now and I have the right to seek happiness elsewhere” she told him and give low exhales after.

Yasmin watch him stand still like her words got him thinking and she know it is time to leave there unless she wants more which she definitely shouldn’t.

Kyler cussed under his breathes and pull her back away from the basin and to the wall instead, pinning her to it before she could have the chance to react and lock her to it with his lips force on hers.

She try to struggle but he know her too well and already have her hands lock with his too, he went a little slow this time making it as sweet as ever and letting her finally give her finally give in to him.

When the kiss ends he release his holds on her and take a step away both of them looking mesmerize by the kiss.

Kyler’s face turn pale in seconds as he stares at her a big realization down on him, panicked inwardly

“Stay away from me”

He told her more like an appeal and walk away from the room without looking back at her.

Yasmin walk out of the restroom almost immediately and saw Alex standing in front of it about to go after him, she give a little nod and wait for him to leave.

The little accident that happened got few ladies laughing happily, ever since the moment she step into the hall they’ve had their eyes on her and make their whole conversation about her

Talia who was with them left when she couldn’t stand their bad words against her but not without giving them a piece of their own cakes.

Although there isn’t a legit reason why they dislike her but the fact that she got favored by President Black alone is one.

Emilia laugh again as one of them make a bad joke about her Yasmin really enjoying every bit of it, someone give tap her and she turn back with a frown at the disturbance.

The frown on her face disappear when she see it’s Veronica and she immediately turn her attention to her giving a pleasant smile

“Ma’am”

“We need to talk” she told her and they move away from the ladies to a little secluded spot to talk

Four months ago, Veronica had met with Emilia who is a long time employee and works on her husband’s team in order to get through with her plan of divorcing Kyler and getting his money

She has notice the lady’s hatred for Yasmin who was her husband’s secretary then and decide to put that into a good use.

Then, Emilia had told her about Kyler treating his secretary kind of special like doing things he wouldn’t normally do to others and always keeping her around.

Veronica took it as a gossip of envy because Emilia wanted the position but she didn’t ask for that though because she strongly believe once Yasmin was out of the picture, it would be her place.

Her job was to make sure both Yasmin and Kyler were drugged and taken to the same room that night, also she has been of help in her sneaking out to meet with Conrad

Always giving her informations about Kyler about to leave the office for work so she could return back on time and not get caught.

But when things went the wrong side, Veronica didn’t contact her for a while not wanting to be linked to her and the cat let out

She thought Kyler has fired his secretary because of what happened and although Emilia was unlucky not to get her wish, she never thought the same woman will still be around him

“You told me Kyler fired that Secretary, didnt he not?”

“Of course he did, i should have told this a long time ago but I felt it isn’t necessary”

“That girl refuse to give up on President Black and came back on the pretense of working for another company”

“I don’t understand”

“I clearly told you that girl has a crush on Boss and she has been shameless clinching on him even when he fired her”

Veronica didn’t say anything but think about what Emilia had said, when she told her the secretary likes Kyler then she thought it was jealousy talking and didn’t read into it

If it is really true the lady has some affection for Kyler and she let them have sex together, then…

“How long has she been around?”

“Two months?”

“So she worked for my husband again after that incident?” She asked to confirm

“Yes, she finish the business about two weeks ago and while she worked in the company there seemed to be something happening between her and Boss” she added

“Like what?” Veronica asked with a curious frowning face

“Boss ordered not o let her into his office and they even argue during meetings, but later he asked her to be allowed to his office and they seemed a bit close, he even treated us to a big dinner for her sake”

“I overheard Talia ‘s conversation with him”

Veronica definitely do not like her chatty nature bit hearing these things make her heart panic a bit, she has been so focused on her affair with Conrad and hasn’t notice something as important as this

Is it perhaps the reason why Kyler had ignore her in the past and now? Because he is actually cheating on her with his former secretary?

That is not possible! Kyler Black that she knows will never stoop that low and do something like cheating

But she simply can’t just ignore the fact that the same woman is still lingering around her husband, she definitely caught the look on Kyler’s face when she walked in and also how distracted he has been staring at her at intervals.

She have to do something about her, there is no way she is taking anymore risk and if there is something really going on between the two, she will definitely destroy it.

Veronica look up and see Kyler come out in a direction followed by Alex and before she could take her eyes off them, she came out too

“She’s got to go!” She vow.
