Chapter 1208 Plagiarism

Chapter 1208 Plagiarism

“What do you mean by that? Isn’t Eurasia a land of courtesy and propriety? Are you implying that you want to resort to violence?” Jorge asked angrily.

Alex stood up from his chair and sneered. “You are right. You come here claiming to want to collaborate with me when, in reality, all you are doing is making unreasonable demands. Do you think we Eurasians are easy to bully? Get out of here, and do not blame me for getting physical if you don’t.”

“What can a Eurasian like you do? All you did was plagiarize our microchip. There’s nothing to be proud of,” Lisa Hartley said disdainfully.

“Plagiarize?” Alex could not help but chuckle at what she said. He had spent nearly two years. and over one hundred billion developing the microchip in the tech dome. To have his hard work dismissed as copying in someone else’s eyes was something he could not possibly accept.

“Shut your filthy mouth. Just because someone succeeds does not necessarily mean they plagiarized you. I do not think my new product is noticeably worse than yours, and there is no similarity. Use your brain before making baseless accusations,” Alex sternly retorted.

The reason those two people were so arrogant was because they had spent years exploiting Eurasians. They mistakenly assumed that dealing with Alex would be just as simple.

“Y-You are just a Eurasian. Who gave you the right to be so arrogant? You have merely created a subpar microchip. We, as the leading enterprise in the electronics industry, can crush you anytime and anywhere,” Lisa declared, refusing to back down.

“If you truly think that, feel free to give it a try. Why travel all the way here just to look for trouble? Leave at once if there is nothing else!” Alex ushered them out.

Not only did they fail to reach an agreement for the contract, but they were also insulted throughout the process. Lisa, of course, could not accept it and had no plans to leave. She sat there with her arms folded, demanding, “I can leave, but you insulted me just now. You owe me an apology!”

Alex felt that the foreign woman was being unreasonable and forceful. She first accused him of plagiarism, and now she demanded an apology from him. She obviously thought he was at pushover.

“If I recall correctly, your name is Lisa, right? If you are not going to leave, then stay here. I don’t care. It is late, and I am going out to eat,” Alex replied.

As he was about to leave the office, Lisa stood in his path, refusing to give up.

Alex didn’t get mad. He just looked at Jorge and asked, “Mr. Davis, your secretary seems to be quite unruly. Aren’t you going to do something about her?” Content © provided by NôvelDrama.Org.

Jorge had no plans to work with Alex, and everything Lisa did was on his orders. Naturally, he would not intervene.

“Mr. Jefferson, my secretary has a fiery and free-spirited personality. I hired her specifically because I like her personality. I cannot control her either because she frequently ignores my commands,” Jorge replied with a smirk.

Alex could not help but laugh in frustration. These two foreigners have the audacity to act so arrogantly in Eurasia. Do they really believe that all Eurasians are easy to bully?

“If

you do not want to discipline her yourself, let me do it for you. Do not blame me if I am too harsh,” Alex said coldly.

The next moment, he raised his hand and struck Lisa, but he didn’t use any Mortal Force. He just intended to push her back.

To his surprise, Lisa managed to dodge his attack. Even though he wasn’t using full force, it still required some skill to evade the attack.

“How dare you try to attack me! Show me what Eurasia’s martial arts are all about, then!” Lisa piped up with arrogance.

In Anglandur, she held a black belt in kickboxing, and she often heard people laud the might of the martial arts of Eurasia. She was curious to find out if the rumors were true and also wanted to teach the ignorant person in front of her a lesson.
