Reborn Before The Divorce

Chapter 111

Vergil was sweating profusely. He was feeling wronged, he also wanted to drive properly, but…

“Can you please control your wife and stop her from disturbing me while I’m driving?” He thought to himself.

Nydia took the opportunity to hug Jesse tightly and refused to let go. When Jesse tried to push her away, she immediately acted coquettish and pitiful.

“Jesse, I feel dizzy. I need a hug!”

Jesse’s temples throbbed with anger. He wanted nothing more than to throw Nydia and Vergil out of the car.

“Jesse, does Dr. Duncan have a crush on you?” Nydia suddenly changed the subject, gazing up at his chin. Although his chin was clean-shaven, there were still some faint stubbles that could be seen upon closer inspection. Nydia felt like leaning in for a kiss.

“She’s just my therapist,” Jesse said impatiently, pressing his hand against his temple.

“Can’t a therapist like their patient?” Nydia retorted.

“Let go of me!” Jesse’s patience ran out, especially since Nydia was clinging to him so tightly. The car occasionally swerved, causing her to constantly rub against him, which made him extremely annoyed. “Are you angry with me? Are you angry with me because of Sara? So you like her? Did you want to divorce me because you fell in love with her?”

A series of questions left Jesse dumbfounded for a moment before his face turned black.

Vergil thought to himself, “I am just a tool. I am an emotionless driving tool. I can’t hear anything.”

Jesse picked up Nydia and threw her aside. “Sit down and shut up!”

“If you want me to shut up, then kiss me and seal my lips. I won’t say anything,” she looked at him with watery eyes full of mischief.

Vergil’s heart was roaring, “What are you guys talking about? Can you let me drive in peace?”

Jesse didn’t bother with her. He never knew Nydia could be so shameless.

However, he occasionally heard her sigh. She had stopped talking, but she would sigh every now and then and give him a resentful look.

Watching her like this, Jesse really had the urge to shut her up. This woman needed to be taught a lesson so she wouldn’t provoke him again and again.

But what he didn’t realize was that now his emotions were completely led by her, losing his former calmness and even indifference.

After arriving home, Vergil pushed Jesse into the house. Nydia didn’t provoke Jesse anymore and went back to the house to take a shower and change clothes.

By the time she came out feeling refreshed, it was time for dinner. “Mommy, Daddy, where did you guys go today?” Molly reached out her hands to be hugged.

“We went to see a doctor.” Nydia picked up Molly and gave her a kiss.

“What did the doctor say?”

“The doctor said Daddy’s problem is more serious, so Mommy should take good care of him.”

Jesse came out and heard this, feeling like he had just shot himself in the foot.

Molly immediately jumped off Nydia and ran to Jesse, “Daddy, Daddy, you have to be good. If something happens to you, what will we do? There’s a saying, what was it?”

Her little face wrinkled as she thought hard and stuttered out one or two words, “Orphan something, and something about a mother. Ah, I can’t remember. Brother, brother, do you know?”

“Orphans and widows!” Tavish said calmly.Content © NôvelDrama.Org.

“Yes! Orphans and widows! Daddy, you can’t let us become orphans and widows. It’s very sad. We’ll be hungry and bullied.”

“… ” He felt like he was about to die.

He picked up Molly and put her on his lap. “Daddy won’t have any problems, and you won’t become orphans and widows.”

“But Daddy, Mommy has to take care of you. You’re a married couple and should take care of each other.”

Jesse had a headache and regretted teaching the children too much.
