Oh, My Dear Mr. Crowley

Chapter 24

Sebastian remained indifferent throughout everything.

Vivienne threw her bag aside, then took off her coat before smashing it onto Sebastian's body, which scared everyone present witless - James standing by the door, immediately covered his eyes, turning around while Matthew curiously craned his neck to look.

James held him back: "Mr. Walker, I advise you to turn around!"

Matthew asked: "Why not watch? This woman is so unruly and causing a scene; shouldn't we call security?"

James replied: "You know Mr. Crowley well enough. If he doesn't want it, Miss Scully would have been kicked out of the conference room before she even entered."

Suddenly Matthew's eyes widened in amazement: "Damn...she's really something!!!"

Vivienne hooked Sebastian's chin with her left hand forcing him to look at her while her other hand reached for the zipper on the back of her dress.

Sebastian slammed his pen onto the table and shouted coldly, "Meeting adjourned...everyone get out!"This is property © of NôvelDrama.Org.

In less than five seconds, everyone in the conference room had cleared out completely.

"You can continue ignoring me," Vivienne said.

"Can you stop being so cheap?" Sebastian retorted.

"Nope."

Sebastian pushed away Vivienne's hand and asked, "What are you here for?"

Vivienne took two steps back and said, "Last night, you promised me that I could be the female lead in Perfume. Don't try to go back on your word."

Sebastian lazily leaned against something as he ran his fingers over his lower lip, squinting his eyes slightly as he spoke again: "What female lead? What happened last night? Why don't I remember?" This made Vivienne feel like she had been bitten by a dog last night.

She laughed bitterly, saying: "Sebastian, how come I never realized how shameless you are before?"

"Last night," she continued angrily," You slept with me, then put your pants on without saying anything when dawn broke; just before leaving, you even stole my phone! How can someone be so shameless?"

As Sebastian glanced at those marks on Vivienne's neck, he said coldly: "Is that so? Are you sure the man who slept with you was me?"

Vivienne suddenly felt a pain in her heart, and then an unexpected sourness surged up. Everyone said she was not decent, promiscuous and lewd. As long as it was a man, they could sleep with her. She didn't care what others thought, but when Sebastian spoke like this, she found it particularly grating.

Vivienne's eyes gradually turned cold. She suddenly wanted to regain a bit of her dignity in front of this man. Vivienne calmly bent down and picked up her handbag, took out a one-dollar from her wallet, raised her hand, and smashed it hard on Sebastian's face. She lifted her chin, the hard shell covering her body layer by layer, making her strong again.

She nodded and smiled: "Yes, you're right. I have so many men that mistaking one is not surprising at all. Sorry Mr. Crowley, for mistaking the son of a bitch I slept with last night as you and disturbing your precious time. This is compensation for you."

Vivienne grabbed her bag without taking any clothes and left without looking back.

Her steps were big as she walked away with hair flying behind her back. She put on glasses but still looked stunningly beautiful without any signs of distress. James opened the door to the meeting room in advance as Vivienne left without turning back.

Matthew shouted after her: "Beauty, let's have a drink together when you're free."

Vivienne stopped in her tracks and turned around with an enchanting smile: "I only make appointments with men in bed."
