Chapter 99

Read My Past is Just Prologue By Louisa Dillon Chapter 99 – Mr. Webster, We Are Divorced!

Nathaniel looked at the pile of lies, then looked up at Orville standing in front of Janet and protecting

her, Nathaniel’s hands slowly clenched into fists.

Nathaniel said, “Janet, even if you have complaints about Anastasia, she never owes you anything.

Don’t you feel guilty about your brother hurting her so much?”

Hearing his words, Janet totally felt confused and speechless.

Janet had asked Nathaniel to check the monitoring. Was it difficult to check the monitoring and ask

others?

Not at all

What did that mean?

It meant that Nathaniel was unconditionally protecting Anastasia.

Janet said coldly, “If Anastasia hadn’t done those things, who would know her mistakes? It was she

who did these things first, and then others could have something to say.”

“Besides, if you really like her, just marry her. Why did you cancel the wedding just because she had

cheated on you.”

“Can you stop acting like you are always superior, as if everyone owes you?”

Anastasia was stunned after hearing Janet’s merciless reply.

And it really made Nathaniel angry.

Nathaniel’s chest heaved in anger, and he looked at Janet coldly.

Seeing that Nathaniel didn’t speak, Janet continued to say, as if she wanted to vent the grievances she

had suffered for many years.

“What’s more, we’re already divorced, so what if I want to buy a gift for Orville? Did I use your card? It’s

none of your business. I think you shouldn’t be the type to control your ex-wife’s life, right?”

Nathaniel shouted, “Janet!”

Nathaniel was about to say something, but Orville interrupted him even more bluntly.

“Mr. Webster, for someone with bad eyesight like yours, I suggest you go to see a doctor. I can’t

understand the behavior of throwing away a piece of beautiful jade for a piece of trash. How dare you

question Jill now?”

Janet said, “Is it possible that he is not only blind, but also self-righteous?”

Orville said, “Well… I’m afraid that he also couldn’t distinguish between right and wrong.”

The two were in perfect harmony, moaning Nathaniel as if he was worse than the mud on the roadside.

Anastasia was so angry that she pointed at the two of them, trembling all over, constantly inhaling and

exhaling.

Anastasia thought, “Why is Janet not jealous at all when she sees Nathaniel and I are together?”

“And she is still so annoying.”

The more Anastasia thought about it, the angrier she became. She rushed forward angrily, wanting to

light with Janet, and shouted, “You! Bullsh*t! Why do you slander me?”

However, Anastasia was stopped by Nathaniel.

Facing Nathaniel’s fierce and Impatient gaze, Anastasia regained consciousness instantly. She was

almost dazzled by anger, and almost rushed forward to fight with Janet.

Anastasia immediately turned around and said aggrievedly. “Nathaniel, they are going too far! No

matter what, you provided Janet with a

good life for three years. Not only did she not know to be grateful but she also didn’t want to see you

living well. How could she be like

this?”

When Anastasia was saying, she fell into Nathaniel’s arms slowly.

Nathaniel avoided Anastasia with a frown, and said, “Why did you come out? The nurse said that you

hadn’t recovered yet, and you need to

recuperate for half a month.”

Anastasia said. “I…”

She didn’t know how to answer when she was asked suddenly.

Nathaniel said. “Hurry up and go back to the hospital to rest. Don’t stay here anymore.” NôvelDrama.Org holds text © rights.

He had no time to care about Anastasia’s complaints now. He just wanted to ask Janet why she and

Orville appeared here, even going

shopping, dating, drinking the same brand of milk tea, and buying him a tie.

Anastasia said, “Nathaniel… she hit me just now…”

Anastasia grabbed Nathaniel’s hand and wanted to act coquettishly, but was pushed away by him.

Nathaniel said, “Don’t you know what

your physical condition is? Hurry back to the hospital.”

If it weren’t for the fact that Anastasia wanted to commit suicide, Nathaniel wouldn’t talk so much to her.

However, seeing that Nathaniel was so patient with Anastasia, Janet felt even more distressed.

Janet saw the news that Anastasia had committed suicide.

However, Janet didn’t believe it.

When Janet had a miscarriage and lost their baby, Nathaniel never cared about her like that.

Thinking of that, Janet could only laugh at herself in her mind. Comparisons were odious.

Janet just felt wronged for the unborn child.

Anastasia said, “Well… I’ll go back to the hospital and wait for you.”

Anastasia was also afraid of making Nathaniel impatient again, so even though she was very unhappy,

she still left.

When she left, she gave Janet a fierce look.

Seeing that, Orville frowned and stood in front of Janet, protecting her.

Originally, considering Anastasia and Janet, it was not easy for Orville to intervene.

Now Anastasia left, and only Nathaniel was there.

Of course Orville couldn’t keep silent anymore.

Orville looked at Nathaniel displeased and said, “What do you want to do? Do you want to hurt Jill

again?”

When Nathaniel heard that Orville called Jill, Nathaniel’s expression became more and more ugly.

Nathaniel said, “It’s not your turn to worry about her and me.”

Nathaniel’s tone was cold, Because Orville was standing in front of Janet, Nathaniel couldn’t see

Janet’s expression. Nathaniel could only

stare coldly at the corner of her clothes.

Janet said, “Who are you to say such things?”

Janet turned sideways and appeared in Nathaniel’s sight, but she didn’t look at him. Instead, she

tumed to face Orville and said, “I’m sorry, Orville. Today is your birthday, but I let you encounter such

an unpleasant situation.”

Orville said, “It’s okay. Your business is my business, I…”

Orville was expressing his opinion with a smile. However, Nathaniel directly grabbed Janet’s wrist and

held her firmly in his arms.

Janet shouted, “Nathaniel! What are you doing?”
