Chapter 13 She Owes Me
Chapter 13 She Owes Me
Juelz's eyes were ablaze with anger when he saw Credence. He released Dorothy from his arms and
charged toward Credence.
"Credence, go to hell!" Juelz growled while lifting his leg to kick Credence.
Credence was prepared for his attack. He let out a cold laugh. Then, he made a few steps backward,
dodging his attack. While at that, he gave Juelz a left uppercut.
"Bang!"
Juelz underestimated Credence. He was hit on the chest, which left him slightly dazed. When he came
back to his senses, he returned Credence a kick, unwilling to show any weakness.
The two men then started a fight, punching and kicking each other as if they were deadly enemies.
Neither of them gave in to the other.

Juelz was forced to retreat. He could only ward Credence off as he did not have the strength to fight
back.
To Juelz, life was all beer and skittles. His physical stature was not comparable to Credence, who
trained in the gym every day.
If the fight went on, he would be severely injured by Credence sooner or later.
Dorothy was filled with anxiety and worry!
She dragged her thin body in between them and squeezed out a weak smile on her face. "Stop
fighting, Credence. Our matter has nothing to do with Juelz and the Sherman family. You want me to
get a divorce and also give my kidney to Rosalie? Fine, I will do it. I will go back with you now, okay?"
She knew Credence's character and tricks very well.
Once he regarded Juelz as an enemy, the entire Sherman family would become a target for him to vent
his anger.
She must not involve the Sherman family in the mess.
Most importantly, she could not destroy Juelz.
"Are you begging me now?" Credence raised his hand and patted some non-existent dust off his black
suit. Narrowing his dark eyes, he uttered coldly, "Too late."
He had given Dorothy two days to beg for mercy and to repent. However, she did not even leave a
word for him. Moreover, she had the audacity to stay alone with Juelz in the same house for three
nights.
For certain things to happen, half an hour was all it took.
This had brought great shame to Credence. It was intolerable!
She was Credence's wife. Even if he was heartless and cruel to her, it was not up to Juelz, a playboy,
to touch her!
Dorothy shivered when she met Credence's eyes, which were as cold as ice.
Noticing her fear, Juelz pushed her behind him. He spat out a mouthful of bloody phlegm and growled,
"Credence Scott, you are a f*cking horrible person! Dory is gentle, kind, and beautiful. She is perfect
and is loved by everyone. How could she be compared with that b*tch? If you don't love Dory, why
don't you let her go? Why on earth do you have to humiliate her like this? Why? What's your f*cking
motive?"
Credence glanced at Juelz. His lips curled into a smirk, saying, "That's what she owes me."
If she dared to scheme for a marriage with him, she had to be mentally prepared to suffer the
consequence.
Juelz scoffed.
He wiped the blood off the corner of his mouth and sneered, "I'll pay for what she owes you! Is my life
enough? If not, I'll compensate you with the entire Sherman family."
Credence was unperturbed by Juelz's yelling. He did not even look at him. He walked toward Dorothy
and gently pushed her long fringe which was covering her eyes away. He said indifferently, "Men who
don't show me respect would only end up one way. That is, dead!"
Obviously, he did not mind killing Juelz.
Dorothy's heart sank. She quickly got out from behind Juelz. Forcing a smile at Credence, she said,
"This has nothing to do with Juelz. I came here voluntarily. Don't touch him. I'll go back with you now."
Seeing that Dorothy was protecting that good-for-nothing, Credence felt a fit of inexplicable anger rose
in him like a tide.
For a moment, there was no expression on his face. Suddenly, he curled his lips into a smile. "Dorothy
Fisher... Fine... Very well!"
Dorothy knew that she had really pissed him off upon seeing the faint smile on his face.
She had no idea what would be waiting for her.
