My Aloof Sisters Asked for My Forgiveness

Chapter 228

Dustin moved in a flash. His speed was so fast that the naked eye could barely keep up.

This was his full speed when dodging. This was the limit of his physical ability when it came to evasion.

The bullet brushed past his skull.

Bang!

It hit the thick tree behind him. The truck of the tree was so thick that even two people could barely encircle in. The moment the bullet hit it, it exploded into a million pieces.

That alone showed the power that far surpassed a normal bullet.

Dustin was surprised.

Metal Mask was even more surprised than he was.

"You managed to dodge it?" Clearly, he could not believe it.

If he was not expecting it, he himself would not have been able to dodge the bullet.

With a fierce look, Metal Mask pointed the gun at Dustin again and pulled the trigger.

But Dustin was ready for it. He moved in a flash, and Metal Mask was unable to aim at him properly.

In an instant, Dustin arrived in front of Metal Mask.

A cold light glinted, and in the blink of an eye, Metal Mask winced in pain. The arm that was holding the gun dropped. Fear surged in Metal Mask.

He had not even seen what Dustin had done, and suddenly, his arm had been severed.

In fact, he did not even know what weapon Dustin had used. All he saw was a cold glare and felt a fearsome presence.

Metal Mask moved back in fear and popped a pill in his mouth to stop the bleeding.

"What's... the martial art you used?" he asked in shock.

"The Fox family's martial art," Dustin said coolly.

Metal Mask's eyes widened in surprise.

The Fox family's martial art? Why had they not found it when they massacred the Fox family?

His face darkened.

He had gotten the gun and bullet from the headquarters as his trump card against Dustin, but Dustin had been able to avoid it!

Metal Mask's gaze hardened. He turned around to run.

That was the only thing he could do.

Of course, he was not going to run back to the organization.

But Dustin had lost his patience, and he was not going to let Metal Mask run away this time.

With a dash forward, he appeared in front of Metal Mask.

When Metal Mask changed direction, he stood in his way again.

When that happened a few more times, Metal Mask knew that he could not run.

"No matter how strong you are, before the invincible Divine Hall, you're just an ant!" Metal Mask spat. "You want revenge? Ha! You'll never be able to get it!"

Suddenly, Metal Mask fell to his knees.

"All Hail the Blood God!" With a shout, he fell on his side.

Dustin's face changed, and he rushed forward to check.

Black blood oozed out of Metal Mask's lips, and the skin on his face swiftly melted. Then, his body combusted spontaneously. In just a moment, he was reduced to ashes.

Dustin's face darkened further.

He had been watching out for Metal Mask consuming poison to take his own life, and he had been prepared to inject him with an antidote, but Metal Mask had not taken any poison. He had merely uttered a phrase and died.

His body had been destroyed rapidly, and Dustin had not even had the time to check on him.

“The same has happened here too!" Howard cried out.

Dustin looked over and saw that Ace had also lit up in flames. They could not stop it.

Both people were reduced to ashes, and their trail went cold.

"He's a Martial Saint... How could he die so willingly?" Howard was shocked. He could not quite keep his composure.

A Martial Saint was an incredible existence in any organization because that level was so difficult to achieve.

Any organization with a Martial Saint made people tremble in their boots.

"The Blood God..." Dustin mumbled the name with a dark look in his eyes.

Metal Mask had called out that name in reverence and fanaticism before he died.

Who exactly was this Blood God?

Was he the mastermind behind the massacre of the Fox family?

There were far too many mysteries for Dustin to unravel.

"Sir, thank you for your help," Dustin said to Howard gratefully.

"You don't have to thank me." Howard waved dismissively. "You're the Sorensen family's heir. It's only right for me to help you.

"If you need any help in the future, all of us will be on standby for your orders. Also, you can just call me Howard." Dustin's face changed.

Apollo Sorensen had created the Sorensen family thirty years ago, and it had a storage room in its villa.

Dustin was sure there were plenty of treasures in it, including all of Apollo's martial arts techniques. They all belonged to him.

Becoming an heir to the Sorensen family after clearing the pathway was an unexpected but welcomed surprise.

"Perhaps you don't understand our situation. Please allow me to tell you," Howard said with a bow.

"Please do." Dustin was not going to refuse.

He already had Hell Hall at his beck and call.

The Sorensen family had lived in

seclusion for years, so they might et

not really have anything surprising. Dustin did not intend to pay much attention to them, anyway.

Howard said, "Thirty years ago, Master Apollo fought against Draco Leo of the Leo family at the peak of Mount Taolo.

"Master Apollo won."

Dustin's face stiffened.

'Apollo won?' he thought.

He had heard that Draco had won that fight.

How had the story changed?

Apollo had won? So, was he the strongest in the world?

Dustin could not quite believe it.

After all, Apollo had disappeared for years and never offered any explanation.

"After the battle at Mount Taolo, Master Apollo came back once. He seemed fine, but he also looked quite sick.novelbin

"He said that the world was about to

change. After giving me some instructions, he left behind marks in the pathway to find someone who could clear the complete pathway. Coincidentally, that happens to be you. You were to inherit his legacy."

Dustin nodded.

He was not interested in Apollo's disappearance.

He decided to let nature take its course and had no intention of pursuing it further. He did not intend to waste a lot of manpower looking for him.

Howard brought out a box with a serious face and handed it to Dustin. He did not ask any further questions and opened it readily.

There was a ring inlaid with a green emerald in the box.

"This is your token. We are instructed to obey all orders from the person who possesses it," Howard said firmly.

Dustin listened, but he was distracted. He did not place much worth in the ring at all.

"Master Apollo once set up an organization when he was younger. It grew quite well. You can order the members of that organization with that ring. No one will dare disobey you, Howard said with a smile.

“What organization?" Dustin asked.

"Star Tower," Howard said.

Dustin froze. His face stiffened.

Star Tower?

That organization was known to be the strongest in the world. It had plenty of powerful martial artists and was unmatched in its influence!
