Mr. You, Please Dote On Me

Chapter 91: My Name Is Qin Shiyao

“Grandpa, my name is Qin Shiyao from now on. I will fight for what I deserve. I have no intention of hurting the Qin family, but I must get back what they owe my mother.”

“Grandma left you a letter in the box. Here’s the key,” Shiyao cleared her throat, “Grandpa, I hope you’re well, and I hope you will not interfere with the grudges between me and the Qin family.”

“Bye, grandpa.”

The old man stood in a daze with the jewelry box tightly clutched in his hand. It was unsure whether he listened to what Shiyao said. As it was getting late, Shiyao put on her coat and left the room quietly.

The dinner in the sitting room just ended. The family seemed to be enjoying themselves, making Shiyao’s sudden appearance a bit awkward.

“Wait!”

Shiyao was about to leave when Qin Shaofeng stopped her.

“What’s wrong?” Shiyao looked icily at the man who claimed to be her father

“Spit it out. I don’t have much time.”

“What did you tell him?”

After Qin Shaofeng came out of the old man’s room, he caught snatches of screams from Shiyao.

“Why should I tell you?”

Shiyao felt that Qin Shaofeng must be out of his mind, or he wouldn’t ask the ridiculous question.

“I’m your father!” Qin Shaofeng growled. Shiyao embarrassed him in front of the whole Qins, which pissed him off.

“Oh yes, you’re my dad,” Shiyao answered, smiling.

Qin Shaofeng froze for a few seconds. Over the years, Shiyao never admitted that he was her father, though he didn’t care about the so-called daughter.

“Well, as you said, I just told grandpa that I would change my name in the household book. After all, my name is Qin-Shi-Yao.”

Though she had a perfect girly smile on her face, her words made everyone in the Qin family feel like being stabbed by a needle.

Qin Shiyao? The Qins looked at Shiyao in surprise and wondered what was wrong with her. As fat as they knew, Shiyao never hid her disgust for the Qin family. Why did she suddenly accept the surname Qin?

“Bye bye, Dad! I’ll see you in a few days.”

Shiyao’s words sounded reasonable enough to a stranger, but harsh to Qin Shaofeng.

Qin Shaofeng couldn’t help shivering when seeing the ferocity in Shiyao’s eyes. When he figured out what she said, Shiyao had come to the gate.

“What does she mean?” Song Meirong asked.

The change in Shiyao was so obvious that she barely believed Shiyao just wanted to come back. Even if Shiyao did, they hadn’t said yes yet!

“Can’t you see it? Dad must have told her something, so she’s going to grab Qin’s property!”

How could a clever man as Qin Shaofeng not understand Shiyao’s intention? She nominally returned to the family, but actually used this opportunity to fight over the right of succession with the Qin family!

“Dad has gone too far this time!”

Qin Shaofeng muttered.

“What should we do? We must stop her!”

Song Meirong finally understood.

Qin Shaofeng looked at Song Meirong, seeming to understand each other, but neither said anything.

The happy reunion in the house continued. Shiyao stood at the door, a little dizzy. As the cool wind of night blew her forehead, Shiyao couldn’t help sneezing.

“Achoo!”

Shiyao rubbed her nose, with a gloomy look on her face, ‘I’m wearing a lot, right?’

Xiao Qing was about to fetch a coat for Shiyao from the car when You Ze’s car came to a stop.

You Ze’s messy hair swayed slightly in the streetlight, and without a word, he wrapped a beige wind coat around her.

“Idiot,”

You Ze seemed to scold the girl, yet his tone was soft.

Shiyao pressed her face against his chest, feeling his strong heartbeat. Tears trickled down her cheeks.

She rarely cried before, but now she had become more and more sentimental. Shiyao lowered her head in embarrassment, making up her mind not to compromise herself.

‘I remember we had a quarrel and didn’t speak. Why does he come for me?’

Confused, Shiyao rubbed her head against You Ze’s chest, which made You Ze feel itchy.

“You’re such a crybaby.”

When she heard those words, Shiyao’s swollen and red eyes which were recovering became teary again.

“So what? It’s none of your business,” said Shiyao stubbornly.

You Ze tapped her forehead tenderly, and kissed her eyes gently.

“Don’t cry your heart out, or my heart will ache for you.”

Amused by You Ze, Shiyao shyly snuggled close to him and did not forget to tramp on his foot!

‘Sweet words alone are of no use. You must pay the price!’

Xiao Qing watched the lovey-dovey couple, and then consciously got in another car. Fatigued, Shiyao immediately curled up in You Ze’s arms after he helped her into the car.

She was really tired. It had been a long day. After cooling off, Shiyao felt sorry for what she had said to grandpa. How come she lost her temper with grandpa? However, thinking of the hypocrisy of the Qin family and their harm to her mother, she was overwhelmed by anger.

“Are you all right?” You Ze looked at the weary girl Shiyao with concern, thinking she was still sulking.

On second thought, You Ze thought it was better to swallow his pride.

Before coming, he had a good idea on how to punish Shiyao. Given that she did so many things irritating him today, he would pay her back one by one! However, at the sight of her aggrieved face, his heart instantly melted into a pool of water, and there was no anger at all.

“I’m fine…”

It never occurred to Shiyao that she would forgive You Ze so easily, but now her attention had turned to something else. Though not a person craving for fame and gain, she must avenge her mother, even if she must ruin the entire Qin family!

But what could she do, a little girl who knew nothing?

She sighed feebly and sank down beside the window, completely forgetting You Ze.

Ignored by Shiyao, You Ze was full of annoyance. He was really not good at coaxing a girl. Besides, he was obviously apologizing. Couldn’t she see it?

“Sorry…”

Shocked by You Ze’s magnetic voice, she quickly raised her hand to touch You Ze’s forehead.

Even the driver in the front seat was shocked by You Ze’s apology!

Who was You Ze? No one dared to offend him, and You Ze had never humbled himself and apologized to anyone, even if it was his fault sometimes! This content is © NôvelDrama.Org.

“You okay? Do you have a fever?” Shiyao ran her small hand over You Ze’s body, fearing that fever damaged his brain.

“I say I’m sorry!”

You Ze grabbed Shiyao’s hand, frowning. ‘Do you know what you’re doing? Stop seducing me before I get out of control!’
