Chapter 170 Sarah Struggling in Pain
Chapter 170 Sarah Struggling in Pain
"I'll get you out of here, okay?"
Andrew kept persuading her with a gentle voice.
He knew she was sad right now, and unspeakable pain was buried deep inside her.
He spent all of his patience on her and tried to pull her back.
It was painful, but he didn't want her to bear it alone. He could share it for her.
It was the first time he'd ever seen her so broken and desperate.
"I'm a mess right now. My head ... is heavy. Can you stop pushing me?"
Sarah held her head and said in pain. The white bandage was still tied around her head and blood was
oozing out.
All of them were looking at her, which made her want to escape more and more.
Seeing the situation out of control, Andrew knitted his eyebrows. He pulled her hands away from
tormenting herself and pressed them to his chest, "Sarah, let's go home to Bask's villa. This isn't our
home. I'm taking you back. I'm Andrew, not Matthew."
His last sentence made Sarah freeze for a moment.
Meanwhile, the others' faces inevitably changed, but they all kept silent.
Sarah was really weak at this moment. She kept remembering the marks from the fall not long ago.
She was so regretful that her gut was breaking. If it wasn't for that little accident, how could Matthew
take advantage of her weakness!
That was how she tormented herself over and over again.
"Andrew...Andrew..."
She called his name helplessly in tears.
She felt bad, and the pain was so great that every cell in her body frozen.
When one cries to the utmost depths, one's whole body will shake and convulse unconsciously. She
was like that now. She didn't have the strength to breathe because all her strength was used to cry.
She lifted her head and looked at him wide-eyed. She stroked his stern features, his handsome eyes,
his straight nose with a trembling hand, all of which were his true profile.
If Sarah had just seen Andrew coming, it was better to say that now Sarah was truly aware that he was
here.
The woman clung to him, and her heart rotted into a puddle of mud. She was dizzy with her thoughts
and her heart ached to the point of losing her mind.
Seeing her out of spirit at the moment, Andrew felt worried.
He wrapped an arm around her waist along with her shirt and said in a clear and elegant voice, "Do as
I say. Listen to me. We'll still have a baby later. Don't be sad anymore. What matters most is your
body."
"It's your child too. Don't you feel bad?" Sarah choked up and asked him.
Andrew fell silent for a moment. There was no point in him answering this question or not.
"Will you let me cry for a minute? I really feel bad."
Sarah covered her face with her hands. Right. How could anyone else feel her pain?
The baby was in her, so how could anyone else feel it?
Her faint sobs continued to fill the small room.

tears either.
Andrew held Sarah in his arms and gently stroked her back with one hand. He closed his eyes to hide
all his emotions.
His eyes just happened to meet Matthew's, who was not far away.
They both had the same narrow eyes, but one was deep and defined, the other deep and sharp.
Matthew's eyes were much colder and sharper.
However, he didn't have the maturity that time gave to Andrew and the deep, steadfast temperament
that belonged to a man alone.
Andrew, on the other hand, looked more stable and gave others the impression that he was a
sophisticated and shrewd man.
But from the look between the two, one could get a glimpse of their respective personalities.
"I will bear in mind your generous hospitality these past few days. I will definitely return it to you twice
as much next time. When that time comes, please don't be surprised."
"No need." Matthew refused coldly and had no intention of accepting.
"Don't be polite. Courtesy demands reciprocity. It will arrive when the time comes that you have to
accept." Andrew said in a terribly forceful tone. The coldness in his voice could not be ignored.
At the sound of his words, Matthew's face darkened and he pursed his lips into a straight line.
They both buried their emotions deep inside and remained silent.
......
"Sarah ..."
Bruce's eyes were filled with unspeakable self-recrimination.
The gun, in his hand, had been put away. He was half-kneeling beside the bed. Looking at Sarah's pale
face, he felt as if a knife were piercing his heart.
Just now, when he saw that she was finally willing to rely on someone else and reached out helplessly
to someone else, he realized it. He felt extremely sorry for her.
At this moment, no matter how she was going, it was none of his business, because he had made it all
by his own hand.
It just never occurred to him that after leaving her, he was getting deeper and deeper involved and his
heart was beating with any scowl or smile on her face. And now every glance he took at her would only
add to the regret in his eyes.
Sarah turned her eyes to him when she heard someone call out to her. Bruce was someone she knew
so well.
"What are you doing here?"
She deliberately avoided his gaze and looked away.
Bruce knew what she was thinking and said quietly, "Don't be afraid. I already know what happened. I
just want to help you."
"No." Almost without hesitation, she shook her head and refused.
"Look at me. You need me. And I also want to help you. Can't you just give me a chance?"
"No. Don't ..."
Sarah shook her head in panic and covered her ears.
Her pale lips were already bloodless, and now they were oozing blood.
How much worse did God want her to be to show him all of this mess she was in.
She didn't want Bruce to see her in this state, not at all.
Hearing such a resolute answer, Bruce's eyes were full of disappointment, but he didn't give up.
"It's not your fault. Even if you don't want to accept my kindness, at least you should let me see that
you're still the same person you were. You had a strong heart and rarely cried. Why have you become
a crybaby now?"
Sarah covered her ears and forced herself not to hear him. Finally, however, she looked at him, "Bruce,
would you stop acting like this? We're not even related anymore. Just don't give me a hard time. I don't
need you to worry about my business."
Sarah's tone intensified slightly. Her bloody red eyes were filled with hatred. She knew she couldn't
blame anyone for this, but it made her unhappy to see him approach her with plea.
Let them all be even. There was nothing worth remembering.
At that moment, Andrew came quickly. He shielded Sarah behind him from Bruce.
Sarah also panicked and threw herself into his arms, not looking at anyone else.
Andrew stared at Bruce with cold and sharp eyes.
"I'll hold off on finding out how you followed me. But now, she's here. I'll personally thank you for the
help just now. But, she is...my woman."
Ignoring any further doubts Bruce had, Andrew simply lifted Sarah up in his arms and left with strong
determination.
Sarah hugged him around the neck. She didn't want to maneuver with these people either and thought
about leaving as quickly as possible. She clung to him with all the strength she had.
"Wait." Matthew stopped them and looked at Sarah.
