Mated To My Childhood Bully

Clarissa groaned, staring up at the moonlit sky.

The six men laid around her, dead, gunshot wounds in the body of three of them as Clarissa had snatched the gun and taken down three of them before fighting with the other three.

She breathed heavily, at least glad that she had been able to cancel her silly plans with the Alpha.

She knew she liked Axel too but killing her best friend was what she would never do and she was glad that she was able to figure out that the Alpha was going to eliminate her, early enough to be able to get things under control.

With a groan, she got up on her feet, blood leaking from her injuries as she limped over to get to where she had parked her car.

“I didn’t want to tell you about it because I didn’t know how you were going to feel finding out that you are a white wolf”

“You should have told me about it, Axel. You should” she cried.

Axel pulled her into his arms and made her rest her head on his chest.

“You know I hate seeing you cry, pretty head. Don’t cry, don’t” he patted her back soothingly.

“Fine” she sniffed back her tears and got up from his chest, wiping away the tears from her eyes.

“How many other people know about me being a white wolf?” Her asked, her lips still trembling slightly from crying.

It hurt Axel’s heart to see her in tears but he knew that the tears that night war what he could not help her stop. She had to cry it out.

“Rex was the first person to find out that night and then he told my father about it. And then the other people who saw you earlier at the picnic today, they all know now and there is also Damien, I bet he knows too after seeing you the other day”

“I can’t believe I have been trying so hard to fit into a group of wolves that I never belonged to” she struggled not to stutter out her words.

“Alright. Who is trying to kill me actually?” She wiped her tears away, pulling herself together.

“Actually…”Axel hesitated.

“It’s my father, the Alpha”

Hazel’s eyes went wide with shock. The Alpha, the man that she was considering a father to her was the one who wanted to get rid of her.

“How… How is that even possible?” She asked and Axel took hold of her shoulders.

“He… He thinks that as a white wolf, you are not good enough for me and…”

“Do you think so too? I only care about what you think, do you also think that as a white wolf, I am not good enough for you?”

“What?? Of course not.”

“Alright” she forced a smile out of her teary face and raised her right hand up in the air, motioning him to continue.

“When I refused to let go of you. He made me choose between letting go of you or having him kill you. That was when I tried staying away from you back then…..”

Axel explained the whole thing to her and it got to the final issue.

“Then what about now? Why are you avoiding having sex with me?”

“It’s because… Gosh” he ran his hands through the thickness of his hair.

“Hazel, you know you are not just any white wolf. While white wolves are generally weaker, you are super strong”

“I know that”

“It’s because there is a prophecy behind everything and because of it, whenever we have sex, your body pulls out my powers and drains my energy into your own body. Just like you joked that morning… You really do sap off my energy” he examined her confused face before letting out a soft sigh.

“Fine…” He breathed out.

“Let me explain this to you”

The next day

Axel woke up on the floor of the cabin and looked to his side where Hazel was asleep.

He kissed softly on her forehead, wishing he did not have to tell her all thr things that he had told to her but he had done it and it felt a little bit relieving for his own heavy heart.

He watched as her eyes squeezed shut and she slowly opened up her eyes, rubbing on the tired swollen eyes.

“You are going to itch those pretty eyes out” he tried to joke to lighten the mood which well, could not be lightened by a joke but by a solution.

Hazel opened her eyes up and took a look at him. She snuggled closer to him and held tightly onto him.

“Hey, what’s up?”

“I want to hold you tight. If… If I cannot have sex with you because of the prophecy, I can at least hold you tightly” she replied and tightened her grip even more.

“Fine” he patted her hair gently, still quite surprised at how bravely she was taking the whole things that he had told her.

They remained in that position until Sana woke up, calling out to Axel first.

“Daddy”

“Our daughter wants me” he whispered to Hazel and she loosened her grip on him.

“Sana” he called.

“Daddy, good morning” she greeted and turned towards Hazel, doing the same.

“Good morning” he kissed her cheek and got up on his feet, adjusting his clothes.

“You will be leaving soon?” Hazel asked, sitting up on the floor of the old cabin.

“I have to” he replied.

“First, I have to make everyone believe that I do not know where you are at the moment. So I need to be back home as soon as possible to achieve that.”

“But I promise to be back tonight with some more supplies for you both to live by”

Hazel got up from the floor too and walked over to him, wrapping her arms around his body.

“Thank you” she whispered.

“Thank you? For what?”

“For everything, Axel. For trying to keep me happy all these while, thank you so much for it” she thanked him.

“I love you and it was the least I could do and I do not feel like I have ever done enough for you. I feel like I am lacking so much. I want to be able to protect you without having to bring you and Sana into hiding” he turned towards her and caressed her face softly.

Hazel closed her eyes, resting her face into his hands and enjoying his soft caress for some seconds before opening up her eyes.

“You have done more for me than any other person. Thank you for making me feel love and care. Even though we are… Different and even though you found out about the prophecy, you still love me and try hard to make me happy. I love you”

She stood on her toes and kissed his lips softly, a quick kiss because of the presence of Sana.

“I promise you, Axel that I would never lose my love for you and about the prophecy…. I am sure we will find a solution to it soon.”

“I know, pretty head” he kissed her forehead.

“I will be back as soon as possible”
