Catherine said, “Okay, we’ll go. You go home.”

“Goodbye!” Lumma watched the car drive away. Even if the car was out of her sight, she didn’t turn her gaze.

Lumma knew full well that Maria chose to go to Harrison with Catherine because she didn’t want to cause trouble for her and affect her work. Maria had no intention to spend Lucas’ money.

Not far away, there was a business car parked in a corner. Adam was sitting in the car.

It was not to say that Lumma was narcissistic but because Adam’s behavior was too suspicious. She smiled and said, “Oh, I’m passing by too. I’m about to go home. Goodbye, Mr. Hills.”

After Lumma finished speaking, she turned around and was about to leave, but Adam stopped her. “Ihaven’t had dinner yet. Would you like to have dinner with me?”

Ruby asked in confusion, “Why?”

Lumma said, “He changed his mind.”
