I received a text message from mom saying, “They are there with you and they will soon take her.”

I was happy that I was able to control myself not to show the excitement too much by texting mom back, “Thanks, mom.”

I deleted the message and joined them in selecting the clothes for her and also praised each outfit she tried out.

Going to make use of the toilet, we stepped out and I knew the people approaching her was the dirty set of wolves mom sent, they are so good.

She was a fool to believe them because they used the name, Lorde.

I walked back to Lorde’s mom to let her know, “Where is Amelia? Why is she not with you?” She asked?

“Some set of people came to us not quite long saying they are from Alpha Lorde and he got a package for her, so she asked me to tell you she will join us once she picks the package.” I lied knowing she has no choice but to believe since it’s what took place, even if they play the CCTV, it will show the exact thing I explained.

“Well I would say this is kind of strange to me because the son I raised don’t use people to surprise anyone, he does it himself.” She added.

“Maybe he decided to try something new, we never can tell, people change when they are in love.”

“You are right in that aspect but I never told my son the place we are going for shopping, how come he knows we are here and immediately sent some set of people here without informing me.”

“I would say, ma’am, at this junction I don’t know what else to say, Let’s just wait for her to return then we find out.”

“Sure, I will pay for the dress that fits Amelia, it will look good on her and everyone will know my son didn’t get mated to any random girl but a beautiful and a special one.”

“Yeah, my sister is extremely beautiful,” I said but in my heart, I will end up wearing her clothes and taking the fame and comments from everyone that very day of the party.

It was getting close to forty minutes and Amelia has not returned, I decided to act like I was getting so worried.

“Then if it’s a packaged she should still be standing close to the delivery car or something.”

We both stepped out and found nothing, I need to try to keep up my acting like I was so scared that Amelia is missing when I am dancing inwardly for them to kill her at once and send us her dead body.

Alpha Lorde’s mother went to ask her driver if he saw Amelia, he told them he didn’t see her maybe he was sleeping when she stepped out.

I started crying saying, “I wished she had a phone, it would have been easy to call her and know where she is.”

“I will meet my friend and report the situation to her right away, I know my son will go crazy once he finds out his mate went missing.”

“We will find her before he returns, my sister will return to us.” I gave false hope.

“Amelia is your sister for crying out loud, your blood who took you in and the reason you got the job with the biggest and most famous company in town.”

“Oh dear Leah, save your sermon for someone else okay? I am not interested in listening to any one of them, Amelia is out of the picture for good, so we can be happy knowing the Almighty Alpha is going to take us in.”

“And what makes you think the Alpha will accept you in his life when he cherishes his mate more than his own life?”

“Well I don’t know but I know once it’s time, he will have no choice but to accept me, I will seduce him in his heartbroken state, just a kiss, he will be all mine.”

“I hate the fact I am your wolf side, this is so evil of you and if you continue like this, you might lead us to early death, lets go back to our mate and set Amelia free.”

“Don’t talk to me Leah, don’t talk to me and shut it, can’t you see I am getting the happiness I ever wanted?”

Leah finally kept quiet and I cried as Alpha Lorde’s mother calmed me.

She refused to call her son knowing he will leave wherever he will just to come here and look for his lover.

“The police said until it’s 48 hours before we can call it a missing person then they can come in.”

“That’s not fair, it’s been two hours now and no sign of her, they should know she is missing, a grown-up that hasn’t shown up, what the hell is wrong with the officers?”

“I think I have no choice but to call my son to let him know the situation, I am so sorry your sister got missing because of me.”

“It’s not your fault ma’am, it’s mine, I should have gone with her to check it.”

“It’s not your fault too dear one, it’s not.” She hugged me and I had this smile of mission accomplished.
