I got notified that Alpha Lorde will be seeing us tonight along with my evil sister Amelia, I need to do something but what will I do under such short notice?

I moved up and down then my mom called again.

“Hi, mom.”

“Katarina how is it going?”

“I am getting an opportunity to start visiting the main mansion where Alpha Lorde is living mom, a good plan to start with.”

“Good good, guess what?”

“What mom?”

” I found someone to carry out a dirty work for you, once he comes to you, discuss with him, I want that witch dead tonight.”

“Same here mom, they will be here soon.”

“Good, if possible tell him to get rid of her tonight when he has the opportunity and makes sure you act like you don’t know what is going on okay?”

“Mom you don’t have to remind me of that, after all, I took after you.”

“That’s my daughter, I know you will make me proud.”

I ended the call when I heard a knock, coming out I didn’t see anyone then I had a sign it will be the person my mom sent, so I walked to the library part when a book fell off the shelf, immediately I picked it up I heard him say, “Your mom sent me here, I had to pretend like one of them while coming in, she didn’t want you to know so tell me my assignment so I do it and leave immediately.”

“Once you see Amelia without Alpha Lorde by her side, kill her by any means and make sure, you don’t get caught.”

“I am a dirty wolf, so you don’t have to worry.”

I smile leaving the library walking outside to get the smell of nature and admire the beauty of the compound when I heard some wolves talking about how beautiful Alpha Lorde mate is and how cute they look together, this made me more furious.

“Amelia, you are dead today, I know Alpha Lorde must attend with some persons and you will be alone then you will face your death, I will be the one to comfort your mate then boom, we are going to mate with each other.”

“Don’t do this Katarina,” Leah spoke to me but I ignored her, my wolf side was supposed to agree with me in anything I am doing not the other way around.

They finally stepped in and as I said earlier, Alpha Lorde left her alone to admire the place, it was just her so I signalled the dirty wolf leaving the place to the living room to sit with others as I had this genuine smile on my face, Amelia will be dead soon.

I heard a scream, seems the job is done, I moved along with others acting like I don’t know what was going on and I was ready to start crying fake tears but I was disappointed.

Lorde’s Pov.

“Raja it feels so good to be with the one you love, I thank the moon goddess.”

“Yeah, moon goddess doesn’t make mistakes when pairing us, but come to think of it, let’s take the advice of our mate, we should not talk about the issues of us finding the dirty wolf.”

“Yes, no one is to be trusted and Simon is the only person we can hope on.”

I stood in tbe midst of Simon and others, they paid their respect.

“Alpha Lorde, should we proceed immediately?”

“Sure, where is everyone?”

“At the living room,” Simon replied when I could hear Amelia heartbeat beating irregularly, then I got this feeling something must be happening to her as I rushed to where I could get her scent, seeing someone trying to kill my mate, made the demon in me manifest as I removed his heart from his back, he fell down to his death and I threw away the heart close to his dead body as I hugged my mate who was still shivering.

“He tried to kill me.” She said in a crying tone.

“Yes Alpha Lorde, you heard the Alpha do it immediately.”

“Are you hurt love? Do you wish to have a rest now, I can cancel the meeting with them?”

I notice everyone was around surprised at what had just taken place.

“No, I am fine now.” She forced a smile.

“Glad to hear that pretty one and I will be brief okay?”

She smiled then I faced Simon, “Can you identify the body?”

He brought out his phone and noticed no record was kept about the dirty wolf who almost harmed my mate.

“You need to employ more people in that field, I don’t want this kind of incident repeating itself.

“Good.”

I heard a familiar voice saying, “Amelia, are you hurt? Oh no, who will want to kill you in this place? I know you will never hurt a fly.”

Her sister, I smiled and was happy she talked with her sister in a happy tone.

I inform Simon to tell everyone to meet me at the balcony for the brief intro, I need to be with my mate now.

I finished talking with everyone as I walked to meet Simon after Amelia told me she will love her sister to walk her to the mansion, I can never say no to her.

“You forgot something.”

“What’s that?”

I touched my lips and she walked towards me placing a kiss before leaving, I made sure she was out of sight when I let out my anger again.

“Who could be after Amelia?”

“I really can’t tell Alpha, something like this has never happened, first you got attacked the first time you went out with her, now she got attacked this time.”

“I want you to investigate this very well, I need to know whoever is behind this act, if we don’t find the person, soon enough the person might try to harm her again, what if I am not there to save her.”

“Nothing bad will happen to our future luna.”
