Chapter 18 I Will Kiss You

Early the next morning, a ray of sunlight shone into the bedroom of the Pineview Villa.

Harper was stunned. Before she could react, Benjamin smiled and said in a hoarse voice, "You are awake."

"You... Why haven't you gotten up yet?" Harper asked.

"You were sleeping soundly just now. I couldn't bear to wake you up."

Harper didn't believe it. "You... are talking nonsense!"

"You hugged me so tightly that I couldn't pull your hand away." Benjamin stared at Harper in his arms. His warm breath blew on her face, making her face rosier. The atmosphere became ambiguous.
