sweating became even more intense.
"How is she?" Fred asked as he came by again.
He could not allow Lily to die, especially not now. This was the most crucial moment. How could she
die at this juncture? He simply could not let that happen!
Seeing the numbers on the electrocardiogram, Fred grew upset. "Her condition is still the same as
before! What the fuck have you guys been doing?!"
"Your Grace, we've tried everything, but we can’t find the cause of this. Her internal organs are shutting
down.”
Fred snapped, "I want results, not your excuses!" His grim look was unnerving.

"We've tried everything except acupuncture. It involves inserting silver needles into certain spots in the
body, and I heard it might produce unexpected results. Maybe we should give it a shot."
"Acupuncture?" Fred thought it sounded interesting. "What are you waiting for then?"
"Well…" The doctors looked troubled, and the one who made the suggestion said, "We don't know
how."
