Gina, And Her Triplet Alphas

Chapter 7

Third-Person Narrative.

Jasmine woke up the next morning with a hangover from the previous night’s party. She wasn’t much of a drinker, but last night she practically overdid herself.

I mean, who wouldn’t be drunk after finding out that they were fated to be with three idiots whose only hobby is making her life miserable?

She tiredly got up from the bed and headed to the kitchen. Her head was seriously banging from all the drinks she had during the party.

As she moved closer to the kitchen, she could pick up the familiar scents of her mates and she honestly wished she didn’t have to go to the kitchen at that moment.

But she badly needed to drink some iced water to hopefully calm down her banging head.

She found her three mates sitting with Mia; they seemed to be discussing before she walked in.

But all discussion was suddenly hushed the moment she walked in.

Even though she was curious to find out what they were talking about, her health was her top priority at that moment.

She grabbed a glass of water from the fridge and sat beside Mia to take a few gulps in the hope that it would clear her hangover.

All the while, Ethan and his brothers were watching her and looking for the right time to ask her the question that had been bothering them.

Mia asked her how she was feeling, and she replied by saying she was fine but was having a minor headache.

“It seems you had lots of fun,” Mia said to her, and she chuckled lightly.

“Yeah, I did; thanks,” she answered, taking a few more sips of water.

All the while, she practically tried to avoid eye contact with her three mates. And almost pretended they were not there, which was hard because her wolf was super excited to be seated close by them.

“Why did you invite Noah to our house?” Calix, who could no longer hold himself together, asked her.

His voice was laced with both jealousy and well-managed anger.

She looked at him as if ascertaining if he was seriously asking her that question.

“I thought the party was mine, and I could invite anyone that I wanted,” Jasmine responded.

“Still, he had no business being here,” Zane said, his tone matching that of his brother.

“Are you guys serious right now?” Jasmine asked, not a little surprised that they were already back to doing what they knew how best to do, taunting her.

Just then, her phone buzzed with a text from Noah, saying he got lost in the house.

Mia’s brother’s eyes were on her phone as soon as it buzzed, and they sort of got the feeling that the message was from Noah.

Jasmine got up and excused herself to go find him, but she was stopped by Ethan.

“Why did you let him sleep here in the house?” he questioned in a stern voice that she couldn’t ignore.

Thanks to her wolf, she found herself explaining her actions to Ethan.

“He said it was already too late when the party ended, so I asked him to spend the night here so he could be on his way this morning,” she answered, a little annoyance evident in her voice.

“Or perhaps he was only using that as an excuse to be close to you,” Calix chimed in.

“And how would that be your business?” she questioned, turning to give him a backoff look.

“Did he touch you?” Asked Zane.

“Really guys. Has it gotten to this? And what if he did? How the f**k is that your problem, and why are you guys suddenly interested in my business like you care?” Jasmine retorted.

Ignoring the brothers, she stormed out of the kitchen and went in search of Noah.

She finds Noah downstairs with a cut on his finger.

“Hey, good morning,” she said as she rushed to his side.

“Good morning, babe,” he said, pulling her in for a light k**s on the lips.

“What happened to you?” She questioned him after noticing the cut on his fingers.

“Nothing serious,” he said dismissively, but Jasmine felt sorry for him, so she opted to treat the cut.

She asked him to sit on the sofa while she went to get the first-aid kits. She cleaned and bandaged his cut with care and affection.

All the while, she was being secretly watched by her three mates.

“She is nice with him, something she has never attempted with us,” Zane said, jealous at the love, care, and attention with which Jasmine treated Noah.

“Yeah, but you won’t blame her; she probably sees us as a bunch of idiots, and quite honestly, that is all we have been to her,” Calix said.

“Does it matter? What counts here is the fact that she was ours before this i***t came into the picture. God! I get so mad when I see them together like this,” Ethan g*****d.

“Me too; I don’t get why she would even pick him over us; I mean, we are way cooler,” Calix said.

“We need to do something about him. I never imagined that Jasmine having a boyfriend would affect me so much. I just can’t stand it,” Zane said.

“It seems she likes him because he is nice to her; maybe we should try to be nice to her also,” suggested Calix.

Ethan was about to react to what Calix said when Noah’s voice hushed him.RêAd lat𝙚St chapters at Novel(D)ra/ma.Org Only

“I should be returning to school; I mean, everyone else has gone back,” Noah said to Jasmine when she was done attending to his wound.

“Yeah, thanks so much for the gift; it is beautiful,” Jasmine said to him.

“I am glad that you liked it, though I would have loved to see you wear it,” Noah responded.

“I promise I will be wearing the necklace when next you see me,” she said with a smile.

“How about you come with me, so we can spend a little time together before school resumes?” Noah suggested.

“I would have loved to, but my best friend would kill me,” she said with a light chuckle.

“Yeah, about that, I noticed Mia doesn’t like me much,” Noah said.

“Oh, she does. I mean, she just has a little trouble taking on new friends, but once she is comfortable around you, you will realize she is the sweetest soul,” Jasmine told him.

“I am anxiously looking forward to that day,” Noah said, standing up from the chair he sat on. “I have to go now, he said, pulling Jasmine up and into his arms.

“I don’t know how I am going to survive today without you,” he said, placing feathery k****s on her lips.

“Oh, you will. I promise I will make time for us to be together once I am back to school,” Jasmine said reassuringly to him.

“I honestly can’t wait,” he said, throwing his hand around her waist as they made their way out of the house.

Jasmine walks Noah to his car, and from the look of his car, she could tell he was rich.

It dawned on her at that moment that she hadn’t known much about Noah, although he had mentioned to her quite a few times that he was an orphan.

Jasmine couldn’t help but wonder what he might be doing for a living to be able to afford such a luxurious car.

But she decided not to ask him at that moment, perhaps when they get to school.

Ethan, Calix, and Zane, who were tired of peeping, came out to watch Jasmine as Noah kissed her on the cheeks and smirked at them before driving away.

They were a little satisfied with the fact that Jasmine had turned down Noah’s offer of going with him to school.

And they figured that if they were going to make amends, they needed to start right away.

Jasmine turned back to see her three mates standing at the entrance of the palace. She could tell that they weren’t happy seeing her with Noah, but she could not help it.

Noah was the only guy who made her realize how a woman should be treated. He was kind and gentle with her. Honestly, she does silently wish her mates treated her the same way Noah treats her.

But she had come to realize that they were always going to be jerks, no matter what.

As Jasmine walked back to the palace, she was stopped by her three mates.

They apologized for the way they spoke with her earlier and asked that she join them for breakfast.

Their actions took Jasmine by surprise, as she stared at the three brothers unbelievably.

Even though she didn’t trust them, she was determined to give them the benefit of the doubt.

While they were in the dining room, the three brothers once again apologized for their ill-treatment of her and for ruining her birthday.

Jasmine was seriously confused by their display of care and affection.

She wondered if they somehow knew she was their mate, but it was not supposed to be revealed until their 18th birthday, which was still two months away.

“So we were thinking that since we ruined your birthday, she should organize a little dinner this evening to make it up to you,” Zane said to her.

She looked at him as if trying to see if he was pulling her legs, but his serious look told her that he and his brothers were serious.

“You don’t have to; I mean, that is already a bygone, so let’s just move past it,” she said dismissively.

“We insist, Jasmine; we ruined your birthday; it is only fair that we try and make up for it,” Ethan said.

At that moment, she could feel her heart soften towards her mates, maybe they weren’t as bad as she thought.
