Chapter 1328
Upstairs,
Around the corner.
The man watched everything unfold.
"Jackson, that girl is something else! She's got some serious moves; looks like your chance to be the hero has slipped away!" Adam leaned against the railing, admiration evident in his eyes as he watched Fiona. Jackson, usually so aloof, showed a hint of appreciation.
"Once she's done teaching that thug a lesson, have the security toss these guys out," Jackson instructed, his voice warmer than usual. "And make sure they know to leave her alone from now on." Even though she was tough, dealing with relentless thugs wasn't easy, especially for a girl on her own.novelbin
"On it, Jackson!" Adam said, heading off to relay the orders.
---
Five minutes later,
The thug was sprawled out on the floor like a beaten dog, unable to say a word.
Fiona, having relished the fight, rubbed her wrists with satisfaction. She cast a glance at the crowd, causing those she looked at to tighten up and quickly avert their gazes, not daring to say a thing. The thought of pain down there sent shivers through them!
Her kick had left a lasting impression on the men present!
"Boss, you're amazing!" Mikey exclaimed excitedly as he approached.
Their boss was as formidable as ever.
He surveyed the group on the ground coldly, just about to have them tossed out when Adam arrived with security guards in tow, "Get them out of here!"
"Right away!" The guards swiftly moved in, clearing the troublemakers off the ground.

Adam shot a glance at Jackson on the second floor railing, a playful grin on his face. He crossed his arms, looking like a carefree rich kid, "Wow not only do you dance well, but your fighting skills are top-notch!"
"How about letting me take you out for dinner?" Fearing Fiona might decline, Adam quickly added, "My treat!" Fiona shook her head, the bar's swirling lights casting a mysterious glow on her fair complexion, "No, thanks."
She wasn't one for hanging out with strangers.
Turning to Mikey behind her, "Mikey, let's head out."
They'd had their drinks, danced, fought, and now she was feeling hungry.
"Sure thing, boss!" Mikey quickly followed Fiona.
But just as they were about to leave the bar, someone stepped in front of them, making Fiona pause.
The man wore a black windbreaker,
strolling over casually. Despite his seemingly ordinary outfit, Fiona instantly recognized the pricey

apparel. As her eyes settled on his
face, even her well-versed
experience with handsome men
couldn't stop her from lighting up.
She casually rested a hand on her chin, openly admiring the striking man in front of her. It would be a shame not to take a good look at such a handsome face!
Tall and well-built, his features were sharply defined, with thick eyebrows and eyes as deep as black holes. His high nose bridge, thin lips, and the pronounced curve of his jawline, along with an alluring Adam's apple, made him hard to resist.
Mikey, knowing Fiona's weakness for good looks, realized she was entranced by the handsome stranger.
"Boss?" Mikey leaned in and hollered in Fiona's ear.
Annoyed, Fiona swatted him away, "Quit bothering me while I'm admiring a handsome guy!"
Who would've thought Cedarvale had such lookers!
Jackson, surprised by the boldness of this young girl staring at him, squinted slightly and offered her a handkerchief from his pocket, "Here, clean your hands."
