Chapter 13

“He saw ine naked. Were the only words that my head continued to scream at me and I was getting more and more pi***ed as I stared at the smug smile on his face. He looked so relaxed. So happy. Luke life was going well for him and he didn’t know all the things that I was currently going through, all the things that I had to go through after that night and he came sauntering into the garden with a f***g smile like he was the sun of the earth?

What the actual f** you want?” I found myself yelling before even thinking. I was burning with rage and it took all the self control in me not to hit him with the f***g rake.

He was still smiling and I wouldn’t be wrong if I decided to tear his lips and take out all his teeth so he wouldn’t be able to sunile anymore.

“I don’t bite baby girl, you can wipe off your scowl.” He said in the friendlfest tone that I’d even heard. It was the first time that a friendly smile would get me so mad.

“Don’t talk to me like that, we’re not f*g friends!” I barked at him and he smiled even wider. The way he stared at me the other night came r**ushing back into my memory and the thought of it made me want to puke on him before splitting him into two with a pitch fork.

“I’m not here to cause a fight baby girl, there’s no need to be hostile.” He said nicely and I was doing all I could not to hit him in the face.

What the hell do you want?” Haven’t you done enough damage to me already? I yelled in my head because I was too ashamed to admit that his actions that day actually affected me. I was too ashamed to admit it out loud that the way he looked at me that day made me want to kill myself.

“I don’t mean any harm baby girl, I just want to talk to you, I promise to he gentlemanly”

“Too bad I actually have no intention of talking to you, so get your fake a** pe**t self out of my f*g w***ay and out of my f**g life!” I screamed at the top of my voice and his eyes went wide for a second. I thought that he was about go off at me and do something that I would regret but he just started laughing instead. He burst out laughing like I was telling some kind of sick joke.

“You know this is actually the first time that I would have a lady speak to me in such manner without shaking at the thought of what I would do to her. What I’m saying in essence is that you’re the first girl to ever speak to me in such a way and that makes you really special to me. You’re a first for me.” He rambled on and I was even more disgusted than I was when he started to walk towards me.

What the hell was he saying and even with a sick a** smile on his face. Did he think we were friends or did he think he could look down on me now that I was a s** and he was an alpha. I don’t know how he and Dax clashed. I wasn’t really aware of the details of their fight but one thing I knew was that he deserved whatever bad thing that Dax did to him and even more. He and everyone in that little evil circle that watched me serve them naked, they deserved every bad thing that was coming their way.

“What do you want from me? Why are you here?” I asked and he smiled annoyingly again,

“I don’t have anything against you. I don’t want anything from you either. I was just trying to have a friendly conversation.” He lied or at least I thought he did. I didn’t know him so I couldn’t tell if he was lying or not. I was so confused as to what he wamed with me or why he was acting so nice.

I couldn’t believe him, I wasn’t dumb, I know how he looked at me that day. I remember the way he stared at me, the way his eyes raked over my body like he was going to devour me. I wasn’t sure what to do but I sure as hell was mad and he was no foot because he could sense that.

I didn’t have to say any more words. He bid me goodbye with a smile and walked away like he’d just achieved his goal, whatever the f**k it was. I’m guessing to pi*** me off.Content is property of NôvelDrama.Org.

Figuring out how to use the garden tools landed me a few cuts and bruises but at least I got the job done.

If I thought about it that way, I wouldn’t be sad about the fact that I wasn’t able to figure my way out of the garden and out of this godforsaken pack I couldn’t help but think about it and I knew I was more than just annoyed because I was almost at the verge of tears. I was about to go insane.

It was my second chance to escape and I’d already lost it. I was failing more than just as a mother, I was failing as a person. I was also failing as a f***g wolf. How was it even possible to miss so many chances?

Was I ever going to get out of here if I continued this way? I needed to up my game and stop acting like a **g weakling. My baby wasn’t the only thing stopping me. I was part of my own problems too.

I couldn’t get the st***d pe**ert out of my mind either. He was part of the reason why I was still here. If he hadn’t come with his s**d smile and his silly a** smile to distract me and ruin my f***g mood, maybe I would have somehow managed to distract the guards and make my way through the maze.

I didn’t know what his words meant or what his intentions were but I knew that they weren’t good. It was more than just a feeling. It was a known fact to me that he was in Aston’s clique. Trusting the devil’s comrades was not a smart decision and I was not going to make it.

The gates of my cell clanked open and the maid from yesterday walked in with a plate of food in her hand. I wasn’t expecting food two days in a row so I felt a little wary as I took the food from her.

My wariness soon faded thanks to all the energy I lost while doing all that garden work and I devoured the food unapologetically. They had worked me like a dog, the least they could do was feed me.

For some reason, the maid came back into 1 good had ever come out her mouth before. Nothing good had ever come out of being here so she wasn’t the only bad thing my cell and I feared the words that were yet to come out of her mouth. Nothing around.

“Come with me.” She said and I knew asking her questions like where we were going or why I was coming with her was going to be a water of time and energy so I just followed her.

She brought me to a petite middle aged woman who seemed to speak as cranky as she looked.

“This is the head maid.” She said to me and I nodded my head in confusion, not sure what business I had with the head maid

“You work under her now.” She said, bowed to the head maid and walked away.

“Follow me, there are a lot of dishes for you to do. The woman commanded and I burst out laughing. It was very interesting for her to think that she could order me around but I didn’t have the strength to argue so I just turned around and started to walk away.

“And where do you think you’re going?” she asked and she was really starting to get on my nerves.

“Where does it look like I’m going?” I snapped right back lashing out all the pent up frustration that I’d been bottling.

“You don’t speak to me that way.” She barked and I snickered.

“You don’t speak to me that way either!” I yelled right back and her eyes widened. “Just because I’m a slave here doesn’t mean that I answer to everybody, especially not you, do you get that? I answer to only one person in this pack and that person is no other than your boss so it you’re looking for who to give orders then I suggest you look further.” I snapped and started to walk away but she pulled me back in one swift move and landed a harsh slap across my face.
