Chapter 1153
Theodore walked in, and Rosalie passed by him directly. She found a thermometer and went back into the room to take Justin's temperature. The thermometer read 104 degrees.
"Justin, you have a fever. We need to go to the hospital."
Rosalie tried to help him sit up, but Justin grabbed her wrist. "I can't go to the hospital. I'll be fine after one night of rest."
"No, your temperature is too high, and you're injured. Your wound is definitely inflamed."
"I'm really fine, don't worry. Do you have any fever medicine here?"
Seeing Rosalie's anxious expression, Theodore closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and suppressed the anger within him. He walked over and said, "I can call a doctor to treat him."
Rosalie turned to him and asked, "Will they talk about it?"This is property © of NôvelDrama.Org.
"I guarantee they won't. I know people who are professionals in secret treatments. They will not reveal a thing."
Rosalie thought for a moment, then looked at Justin. "Can we call the doctor? Please? Otherwise, your life will be at risk."
Rosalie was really worried about Justin. She couldn't just watch as his condition worsened.
Justin saw how anxious Rosalie was. Not wanting to cause her more worry, he decided that even if there was some risk, it would be better than letting her worry. So, he nodded. "Alright."
He didn't trust Theodore, but he trusted Rosalie.
"Then wait for me for a moment." Rosalie tucked him in, then walked up to Theodore. "Thank you."
The two of them then walked out of the room.
Theodore took out his phone, dialed a number, said a few words, and then gave them Rosalie's address. Aftechanging up, he said, "They'll be here in half an hour."
"Theo, I don't want anything bad to happen to Justin. If it does, it'll be the same as something bad happening to me." Rosalie's words were a warning to Theodore.
"Why do you doubt me like this? Do you think I want to kill him?"
"Would you?" Rosalie asked. "Theo, since he arrived in Blencalgo, have you met with him privately?"
"No," Theodore replied coldly. "Rose, are you suspecting that I caused his injuries?"
"Yes, I suspect it, but I'm not sure. That's why I'm asking you. If it was you, I hope you'll admit it."
Theodore clenched his fists. "If it
was me, then wouldn't he be in danger because I've called my doctors to come over? Why did you agree, then? Are you doubting me or trusting me?"
"I don't know. I'm conflicted. Theo, I'm right here. If the doctors you bring harm him, I'll hate you for the rest of my life. I trusted you once in Melring and handed Justin over to
you. This time, I'm handing him to you again. Don't let me down."

"How important is he to you now? Has he surpassed Sebastian?"
"That's not the point," Rosalie interrupted him. "I just want to know if his injury has anything to do with you."
Theodore forced himself to endure the pain in his heart. "Whether you believe it or not, I didn't do it. I think Sebastian is a bigger suspect."
"It really wasn't you?" Rosalie pressed on. She stared directly at him, trying to read the answer from his eyes.
They said that a person's eyes never lied.
Rosalie saw anger and frustration in Theodore's eyes.
He gritted his teeth and, holding back his anger, said, "If I did it, I'll suffer a terrible death and won't have any descendants."
