After the Divorce: From Heartbreak to Heiress Boss

Chapter 15

Chapter 15 Cursing

However, Leah didn't bother with the security guard. Instead, she got into her car and drove straight in.

Meanwhile, Taylor stared at Leah's departing taillights in astonishment.

She angrily thought, "I can't believe Leah, that pauper, actually has an access card for this place. Is she here to work as a maid or something?" Thinking this, Taylor wanted to chase after Leah and see for herself!

Taylor took out her access card and tapped it, then after the gate opened, she hurriedly followed Leah's direction.

But after a while of chasing, she couldn't even see a trace of Leah, let alone catch up to her.

"It's fine. I come here all the time anyway. I will catch that little brat one day!" Taylor muttered menacingly and was about to head toward Villa No. 13.

However, as she was about to leave, she heard the sound of a door opening.

Taylor then turned toward the sound and saw it came from Villa No. 8.

Villa No. 8 was the biggest villa in Joylands. It was an exclusive property that couldn't be bought with money alone.

Taylor's son had tried to acquire it at an auction but failed, so they settled for Villa No. 13 instead.

"Whoever is living in this Villa King is definitely no ordinary person.

I should go over and introduce myself to establish good neighborly relations.

Who knows, it might even benefit Quentin's business in the future!" Taylor thought with a smile as she trotted over, eager to introduce herself.

However, her smile instantly froze when she saw who was coming out of Villa No. 8.

The warmth that had filled Taylor's face vanished and turned into deep disgust. "Why is it you?"

Leah didn't bother to acknowledge her. She simply threw the trash and headed back inside without a word.

Taylor was not pleased with this dismissive attitude.

She quickened her pace, refusing to relent. "What? Cat got your tongue? Didn't you hear what I said? Is this how you treat your elders?" Leah smirked, and a hint of cunning flashed in her eyes.Text property © Nôvel(D)ra/ma.Org.

As Taylor got closer, the door slammed shut in her face with a loud thud.

"Ahh!" Taylor narrowly avoided getting hit by the door. She would have been seriously injured if she hadn't stepped back just in time.

"Leah, you bitch, how dare you treat me like this?" she thought, seething with anger.

Taylor's anger boiled over. She

stood with her hands on her hips and yelled at Leah through the closed door, "Leah, you bitch! My

family must have been cursed toet

"Come out and apologize to me in person, or I won't let you off that easily!

"I know you're in there! Stop hiding in there. Come out here right now!"

Taylor continued to berate Leah while pounding on the door, showing no signs of giving up until Leah came out.

Although the villa had excellent soundproofing, Leah still could hear Taylor's relentless banging.

The noise was so loud that Leah couldn't even enjoy watching her TV show.

Leah then leisurely got up from the couch,

She happily thought, "Ah, finally, I can't hear any of that noise anymore. Perfect."
