she ask her to go to her house to discuss something? Her intuition told her there was something fishy
going on, but Jessie did not give her time to question her, as she hung up the phone the next second.
Although Jessie was always goofing around, Hesper believed she knew what she was doing, so she
did not call back and decided she should just go and see her when she had time.
The sound of something falling upstairs came again, and Hesper frowned.
It was not the first time in the past few days. This apartment was good in every way except for the
upstairs tenant, who for some reason made all kinds of noise every day.
