“That day wasn’t it…” Yuexi’s words were not finished yet when Xu Linchen abruptly got into the car on his own, without heeding to her words, and drove away in an instant.

Yuexi was left speechless with the card still in her hand.

She sighed helplessly. It seems that she must go there tonight.

Thinking so, Yuexi was just about to go back, when suddenly her phone rang. She looked at the incoming call to see Li Fengjue’s name flashing on the screen.

His shamelessness made Yuexi see red. She didn’t see him for just half a month, and he became more and more shameless.

“You have a fiancée arranged by your family, go and have dinner with her. Or you can go to see your sister-in-law. They both will be very much willing to have dinner with you.”

At her words, the smile on Li Fengjue’s face disappeared. His brows furrowed, he stepped forward.

Yuexi looked at him coldly as she watched Li Fengjue reach out to touch her face. But she tilted her head and avoided it.

“You are jealous of this? Is this the reason why you went to the bar to find a pimp?” Li Fengjue frowned as he recalled her visit to the bar.

“What I do has nothing to do with you.”

She turned around to leave, but before she could walk away, she was hugged by Li Fengjue from behind.

“My dear wife, don’t be jealous. I’m here to explain it to you. I have been sleeping in hotels and offices for half a month, thinking about you every night. I got backache because of it.”

Sleeping in a hotel and office every day? Li Fengjue didn’t go home?

Seeing that Yuexi didn’t respond, Li Fengjue hugged her tighter. The two of them were clinging to each other without any space between them. He was close to her neck that she could feel his breath. “Don’t be angry with me anymore, okay?”

“I……”

Yuexi opened her mouth and was just about to speak when she saw a colleague approaching them. She immediately tried to get out from Li Fengjue’s arms. But the colleague had already noticed them.

He did a double take before turning around to leave, “I didn’t see anything, you can continue.”

She only came out of stupor when she was almost hit by the car while crossing the road. Fortunately, Li Fengjue pulled her in the nick of time.

Yuexi was terrified and stroked her chest subconsciously.

Li Fengjue carefully looked at the woman in his embrace and cursed, “You stupid woman, do you want to die?”

Feeling the warmth of his body, Yuexi did not refute for the first time.

He glanced down at her as his eyes were filled with a myriad of complex emotions. After a while, he coldly stated, “Come on, let’s go.”

“No, I don’t want it!” She flatly refused.

In the next second, she was picked up by Li Fengjue and was taken to the parking lot. Then she was thrown into the car.

Yuexi wanted to push open the door of the car but was pressed by him.

Her heart started pounding, as some bad memories resurfaced in her mind. This scene seemed to have happened before …

She anxiously gulped.

She quickly pushed Li Fengjue away and sat down before clearing her throat to say, “Don’t you have something to tell me?”

Li Fengjue did all this, and his purpose couldn’t merely be to have dinner with her. He must have something to say to her.

With a touch of appreciation in his eyes, he curled up the corners of his lips, “You are not that stupid.”

“Say it quickly.”

Glancing at her, Li Fengjue said, “I hope you remember one thing. You are a married woman. You are different from Chen Ying! How can you go to find a pimp? If you are unsatisfied, you can tell me directly, and I will make you happy.”
